Positive experience: Good customer service, fast and practical.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency and scammers. You pay a monthly rent for them to be the intermediaries with any problems with the tenants. Well, they don't. They neither help nor respond to calls or WhatsApps. It's really a shame... and I've lost €900 between various issues. They don't fix ANYTHING in the house. Since they won't give you the money back. I was warned, but I didn't want to listen...

Negative experience: I tried to call many times, no one answered me and the only time I was answered was by a man who didn't even let me speak. He had no patience with me due to my accent, which is not Spanish. He didn't even let me explain what I needed; the call lasted less than 20 seconds. I do not recommend it. I'm sorry.

Tanto a carmen la dueña como a enrique el trabajador! porque como agentes inmobiliarios son muy buenos y profesionales.. y tienen mucho don de gentes y amabilidad, si tienes un problema hasta en vacaciones te lo solucionan! muy contenta de haber encontrado este trato con ellos! os lo recomiendo al 100%
