Que mas puedo pedir, me salió la Inversion perfecta, desde el momento cero ya estaba rentabilizando. Acabe tan contento con ellos, que contrate el servicio de gestion integral, ellos se ocupan de todo lo que pase en el piso, incluso adelantando el coste, no tengo que preocuparme de nada y me garantizan el cobro antes del día 5. A todo el equipo de VIVALTA, muchas gracias, seguro que seguimos trabajando por muchos años.

Negative experience: They don’t respond to anything. We have been charged for electricity when we were no longer in the rental apartment and they have done nothing, they told us we had to resolve it with the landlord and the landlord told us to talk to the real estate agency since they were the intermediary (that’s what they are for, right?). We have requested the invoices for the services where the deposit of €900 was spent, and they tell us to ask the landlord for it. This real estate agency only does is keep the month that needs to be paid for renting with them and that's it, since they don’t respond to anything, they wash their hands and send us to talk to the person renting.

Negative experience: Beware! Lack of transparency. If you rent with them, keep the following in mind: - Make sure all appliances are working before signing the reservation, as we were told after booking that the dishwasher was not working (although they will deny it, but I have the messages as proof). - Check that the house is free of the owner's clothes and personal items, because in our case the agency said nothing about it and we had many closets filled with their belongings... (also here, although they will deny it, but I have the messages as proof). - Ask about the final cleaning costs, in our case they appeared on the last day demanding 50 euros for cleaning the apartment (it was never mentioned at the beginning). Additionally, we were given a very dirty accommodation, I attach a photo of the fridge as an example. - Take photos of the entire house and don’t trust if on the check-out day the agent tells you everything is fine, because as in our case, they could tell you after a few days that the supposed owner doesn’t want to return the deposit for damages you didn’t cause. - The agency does not provide the contacts of the supposed owners, and only after insisting for three weeks did they give us an email address. Be very careful before renting with them!
