Negative experience: Terrible management in administration, omission regarding my father, vulnerable, elderly person in December with the cold weather without electricity and unable to use heating. Due to problems with meters in communal areas, due to malpractice of an operator sent by this office. They do not take responsibility, do not act, do not want to take charge of a problem caused by this electrician when installing meters in the community, with my father being harmed. Act and take charge of that electrician's bill to restore electricity service to my father.

Negative experience: I regret to disagree with the majority, but my experience has been disastrous. I had the misfortune of dealing with these gentlemen being the property administrators of the urbanization where I resided at the time I decided to sell the house. They made my life miserable until the last moment to obtain the Certificate of being up to date on the payment of the community because they had significant disorganization in their records. They took advantage of the situation to make me settle an old and highly questionable debt from a legal standpoint, but resorted to coercion if I wanted to sign. Subsequently, they have used threats and new coercion (emails with regulations that begin with Mr/Mrs Owner) to make me pay the community fees that no longer correspond to me and they know this perfectly well. The treatment was one of arrogance and total indifference. I totally discourage this company, neither for property administrators nor for real estate, where I also had the house for sale.
