They lie to their clients just to wrap things up quickly and get paid, and they also dodge responsibilities at the slightest opportunity with any excuse (which are lies, by the way), including: - That can't be done due to data protection (they haven't even read the LOPD diagonally). - It's just that we don't work that way (when you want to change any absurd or outdated clause)... Be very careful about selling your property here, you surely won't come out winning. P.S.: They also violated the law by not having complaint forms available... watch out for these.

Negative experience: One very positive thing is that Maribel sold our apartment in less than a week, in fact, we only had one day of visits, which we consider noteworthy especially because we were coming from working with another real estate agency that barely provided us with visits and the sale with them was impossible, so on that front, we are very satisfied. However, the problem, which was evident from the beginning, became much more noticeable when we started with the paperwork. Various documents were necessary, such as utility bills, Ibi, and the night before signing, she told us she needed the originals of everything (we had sent everything in PDF), luckily we had kept them. When we had some trouble obtaining a document whose process was a bit more complicated, she would say that it was the first time she heard of something like that and that we had to have it right away. Something similar happened to arrange an appointment with the appraiser; she warned us the afternoon before that she would come in the morning to appraise the property and we had to tell her immediately if we could or not. We told her from the very beginning that we could have some schedule flexibility but that she needed to notify us in advance, and that never happened. When it came to knowing the date of the sale of the apartment, the date changed several times and we needed to know it as soon as possible so that the documents would be ready for the sale date. In short, she is very disorganized, threatens that if we don’t have X document, the sale won’t be signed (instead of helping, she makes it worse; in fact, during the week of the sale, it caused us added stress), she rushes everything and doesn’t take into account that people have their lives, their jobs, and schedules and gets mad if you don’t answer the phone because you’re working or because you’re in the middle of moving. And finally, once we signed the sale, she wrote to us saying that we didn’t leave the sofa and a table that we had agreed to leave and that now the buyer is dissatisfied. Well, this is simply not true. When she came to see the apartment for the first time, she asked us if we would leave anything, and we discussed what could stay but we never agreed on anything, and in fact, that conversation never happened again. From our point of view, it would have seemed more normal to clarify whether something would stay or not. But what she cannot expect is that an initial conversation, in which we spoke hypothetically, be considered a verbal contract. In short, she makes mistakes due to her disorganization, and then blames others and scolds you as if she were more right than anyone else.

Negative experience: My experience with Maribel has turned out to be deeply disappointing. During the visit to the apartment I purchased, we identified black stains on the door frames and asked about them. In theory, they were from the previous owner (the apartment was purchased 20 years ago). Upon buying the apartment, we discovered a water leak in the shower, which suggests a hidden defect in the property. When I communicated these issues to the real estate agency, instead of providing advice or mediation, they simply suggested that I contact the home insurance, completely ignoring the seriousness of the situation. << Obviously, the insurance does not cover this problem. >> Additionally, my most recent interaction with Maribel was extremely unpleasant, as she responded with foul language and inappropriate demands when I used photos of the apartment (which I obtained during the purchase) to advertise it for rent. I may have overstepped by using these photographs to rent out the apartment that is now my property, but I never considered that this could upset her after having paid a considerable amount to the agency and the apartment being in my name. Maribel definitely lost her professionalism with me by writing in uppercase phrases such as 'HOW STRONG' 'DELETE IT NOW'. This lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, and minimal interest in addressing the issues of the hidden defect in the property have led me to reconsider the review I left weeks ago, and I feel it is essential to highlight these aspects so that future clients can make informed decisions when choosing real estate services.

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores, ladrones de primeras!!! Nos hicieron pagar una reserva de 1000 euros para bloquear las visitas y darnos una semana para pensarlo, y , cuanto les dijimos que no íbamos a seguir adelante, no nos quisieron devolver el dinero, ni contestan los mails que les hemos enviado! Muy largo de.contar, pero alejarnos de estos estafadores!por cierto, la última reseña la escribió Maribel, que trabaja para esta misma inmobiliaria...

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores colocan anuncios como particular en Mianuncios, cuanto es mentira, ojo cuidado con este tipo de inmobiliarias.
