Positive experience: I have little to say, I have some parking spaces for sale that have been unsold for many years, but it could be due to the location, the economy, or because they are overpriced. We will try to lower the price. The manager is a good person, as are his employees.

Negative experience: UK BUYERS : I was in love with an old farm house, I emailed endlessly no reply. After a month I phoned, each time 'my colleague who speaks English will call you back', which they never did. But I kept persisting and eventually got given the direct number of the English speaking agent. The agent was lovely, I felt trustworthy and reliable. Over WhatsApp I conveyed that I had the cash ready and wanted to buy. I made a formal offer 'full price subject to the land being registered'. I never heard anything. Then I requested an update, 'nothing'. Then "sold to someone else". It was bizarre. I didn't even get my offer rejected and they sold to someone else?? So please, if you're considering this agency, beware that your offer may not ever even reach the seller. That you may not even get a rejection of your offer, which you could then have the opportunity to increase. It's literally whoever is first to send them a bank transfer. The one who bought the property did so without the land registration having been done. While this is 'common' in Spain, I strongly advise you don't buy without it. Arguments over land are huge and you'll be locked into costly disputes.
