Fantastic experience: If we have been going to them for 12 years, there must be a reason. Exquisite and friendly service. Roberto is always attentive to any problem that might arise (very rarely). He will solve it without any issues. In the different apartments we have stayed in over the years, no detail is missing. You feel at home. Totally recommendable. Seriousness and service. Don't hesitate, if you are going to the Sanxenxo area for a few days, contact them, you won't regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Super complete apartment... very clean... Roberto's attention is simply perfect. And I say this having known him for almost 20 years. I would recommend it 100%.

Fantastic experience: We were 4, two adults and two girls aged 14 and 17. We stayed in Portonovo, in the Los Laureles urbanization. The apartment is very well located, it has a pool, the girls enjoyed it a lot. About 200 meters away is Caneliñas beach, with supermarkets, a bakery, and even a butcher shop very close by. As for the apartment, it has an American kitchen, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them double. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing we found very lacking was the sofa in the living room, it could fit 2 people, and as I said before, we were 4, which made it complicated to watch TV or relax a bit. In short, except for the discomfort of the sofa, we were very comfortable, and we will definitely return. Roberto, thank you very much for everything, you have been very kind.

Positive experience: Apartment was great.Clean amazing balcony. As UK visitor I think that a welcome pack could have been left coffee milk bread etc. Also I think that charging extra for a WiFi router is a little much should be included or at minimal rate. All in all though great place to stay would recommend

Roberto, the guy who handed us the keys, was very friendly and sent us a lot of information about the area. Fair quality-price ratio, but in Sanxenxo, everything is quite expensive.

It is close to everything for shopping. It has direct access from the building to Carabuseira beach, and there are more beaches nearby within walking distance. Positive experience: The apartment is very good in terms of size, amenities, and quality, close to the 3 beaches and dining areas. It is somewhat noisy at night due to traffic from different types of vehicles and the high squawking of seagulls at night. With a garage and pool, it makes for a very comfortable stay. Suggestions for improvement include installing Wi-Fi and not requiring guests to collect the white laundry and put it in bags upon departure.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with the Xovemar apartment. Very central, next to La Silgar beach and equipped with everything necessary. Very clean. Building with elevator and access ramp in the stair area. Recommended for people in wheelchairs or with a stroller, the only thing to consider is that the street is a slope but it is almost at the bottom of it. Parking next to the entrance, with cost. The people managing it are very friendly.

Positive experience: Very new and comfortable apartment in Portonovo (Sanxenxo), quiet place near Portonovo beach. Well equipped with bedding and towels, but very lacking in cutlery and other kitchen utensils (missing small plates, missing small spoons, no basin to collect clothes when they come out of the washing machine, no blender cup, the toaster is very small).

Fantastic experience: Satisfied with the service, the treatment, and the communication, just like in the other two occasions we have contracted it. This year was a week in Portonovo in a large, bright, well-equipped apartment with a garage, in a location close to the beaches and the center of Portonovo. The only negative aspect is that the building is next to the road of La Lanzada, with a lot of traffic at certain hours and peak dates.

Two bedrooms, a living-kitchen, two bathrooms, and two terraces, a total luxury. It’s worth mentioning that the apartment is super quiet if you’re looking to relax. They also have a parking space (the parking is a bit inaccessible, but at least the car doesn’t sleep on the street).
