Negative experience: Pablo and Javier (the manager) lack professionalism and made us lose the purchase of an apartment due to their malpractice. We signed the offer and the fee contract, which specified that the payments would be made 'one week before the signing before a notary.' But just before signing the deposit, they reminded us that on that day we would need to make two payments, the deposit itself and the total fees, something that was not in that document. They simply told us it had been an 'error' in the document they themselves had written and signed and intended to be right at all times. In the end, they ended up buying the apartment directly, without giving us a chance to resolve the situation. If they don't even respect the legal documents they themselves sign, they are not trustworthy, neither for sellers nor for buyers.

Negative experience: The experience with this real estate agency has not been good. As my colleague already explained, we made an offer for a flat and paid €2,000 as a reservation. The contract we signed specified that the agency fees would be paid 'one week before signing in front of a notary' and that the owners had to respond to the offer before 25/04. We received acceptance on 24/04 at 20:24. As we already warned, that week we would be away for personal reasons, but we still informed the real estate agency that we could sign and pay the deposit electronically to do everything correctly. Their response was that there was no problem waiting until the following Monday. So justifying their malpractice with lies further demonstrates their lack of professionalism. It is clear that they wanted to charge fees before making the sale and especially conflicting with a contract that they themselves had signed. It is not about obtaining service at zero cost, but about respecting the legality of a written document approved by both parties. The only reason to contact family members was to make them aware of the situation and to make it clear that if the sale process did not go ahead, it was not our fault. The flat has always interested us, but not under non-transparent conditions and especially with people who do not take responsibility for such serious mistakes made by their workers. In any case and in case of any doubts, we have the WhatsApp messages and calls available, as well as the signed documentation.
