Fantastic experience: Very professional agency, very clean apartment, as well as the bed linen and towels. Clear instructions, easy self-check-in, even late. Very responsive to our requests. We booked an apartment with a magnificent view and enjoyed the welcome gift with local snacks.

Negative experience: Their offers on Booking are outright fraud and misleading. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The house is a crumbling ruin filled with dirt. The pool was the main reason we booked a large house, but it turned out to be so filthy that we were disgusted to even enter it. On top of that, we had no water for an entire day. Only after a whole day in 30-degree heat did someone come to replace the boiler. Broken doors, mold in the house—absolutely horrible. The worst rental house ever.

Negative experience: The rented finca was beautifully located. For the first 2 days, we could all sleep in the available bedrooms. Unfortunately, in one of the rooms, upon our arrival, the wall was damp, and then it began to mold, the smell was so strong that the room could no longer be used. We then reported this directly to Ideal Property, who promised us to take care of it and to get back to us after consulting with the owner. This has not happened to this day. 3 days before departure, the mold was already black on the wall, and it was raining through the living room ceiling from the lights installed there. Ideal Property was contacted again, and a video was sent with the damages, they referred to getting in touch. To this day, no one has contacted us!!!!!! Any further email or WhatsApp is simply ignored. For me, this is an absolute impossibility.

Negative experience: They keep the deposit without justification

Negative experience: The rented finca Barranc de Sol or Es Barranc de Son Fullós (there are two different names for the accommodation) was a total disaster and is not recommended! Already upon arrival, many defects appeared that made the house unsuitable for a relaxing vacation. The biggest issue was the flooding: water came out of the shower, bathtub, and toilet drains, which smelled strongly of sewage, and the entire property was flooded. We tried to wipe up the water with towels, but it was too much. The landlord came with his father and fixed the clog. He explained to us that such incidents happen more often, but blamed us for using too much toilet paper, despite the fact that we had only used the paper provided. It was clear that the cause was a maintenance issue. Despite the fix, the landlord refused to remove the flooding and said, 'That’s not my problem.' Only after much pleading did he provide us with a mop and bucket and suggested hiring a cleaning service at our own expense. Such a reaction is unacceptable, especially when the rental is through Ideal Property Mallorca, who should have intervened as an intermediary. Since the landlord refused any communication, we contacted both Airbnb and Ideal Property Mallorca, but without real help. Ultimately, we had to clean up the flooding ourselves – without cleaning supplies, just with a mop and towels. The cleaning took hours, and the towels were still wet the next day. We were also concerned that the €300 deposit would be withheld, but fortunately, he returned it after the inspection. Airbnb contacted us after our return, apologized, and confirmed that the fault was not ours. We received compensation; however, the landlord demanded the reimbursement back, supposedly for repair costs. This shows that neither the landlord nor Ideal Property Mallorca are willing to take responsibility for maintenance. There were more defects. The house was in poor condition and unsuitable for summer, as there was no air conditioning. The pool was dirty upon our arrival and was not cleaned; wasps and insects came from the filter. The kitchen had an ant problem, and there were spiders in many places in the house. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and only worked after rebooting the router. The appliances were outdated and partially defective: the kettle wouldn’t open properly, the toaster barely worked, and the microwave rattled loudly. The gas stove and oven were also old, and there were no fly screens. The accommodation was not suitable for four people and a toddler. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were no proper blankets. The bedding smelled musty, and the bathroom often smelled like drains. The cleaning upon arrival was only superficial. The kitchen and cupboards also smelled musty. Additionally, we had to take the trash ourselves to a collection point seven kilometers away, even though a final cleaning was supposed to be included. Ideal Property Mallorca should have informed better here. Cleaning supplies were also missing, which exacerbated the situation after the flooding. Our two-year-old child was scared and cried several times. The experience troubled him for days afterward, and he was afraid that the water might come back. Staying in this accommodation was an absolute disappointment and stressful for the entire family. A vacation that was meant for relaxation turned into a nightmare. Given the many defects and the lack of any support, we cannot recommend either the accommodation or Ideal Property Mallorca. We will definitely never book through this agency again and hope that our experience helps other potential guests make a better decision.

Negative experience: Notified via short email less than 72 hours before our trip that they had double booked the villa and were cancelling our booking. Offered other villas but not with the same amenities/location and no discount/compensation offered. A very stressful experience for our first holiday with our baby and would not recommend booking with this company.

The weather was great, and I wholeheartedly ❤️ recommend it. The surroundings and the view of the mountains are priceless. I would have loved to stay there. Fantastic experience: Fantastic apartment right in the middle of Alcudia harbor. Spacious and airy with plenty of room for the whole family. Since the apartment is on the fourth floor in the middle of Alcudia, you should expect concerts and lively crowds. At the same time, this is the charm of the apartment and we enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle. Public transport nearby makes it easy to get around if you want a break from the beach. Highly recommended, and we hope to return next year and that this apartment is available then.

Fantastic experience: Perfect house for a holiday in mallorca. The house is large well equipped and comfortable. The pool is big enough for the entire family and the outside area is nice for eating and relaxing and even though next to the canal very few mosquitos were about. The location is perfect for exploring the island as it is only a few minutes from the main road to palma and the rest of the island

Fantastic experience: We loved our 2 week holiday at Villa Ariel. The villa had everything we could ask for to make out stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was just perfect for our stay and such a comfortable villa within easy access to the beach, Alcudia, supermarkets and bus stops to get to a the Old Town and Puerto Pollensa. Great contact with the owner too. We would definitely like to return.

We especially liked that each room had air conditioning. The overall facilities were ideal. We also had plenty of space and a lot of fun in the pool. Our conclusion, we would love to come back.

Fantastic experience: The wonderfully designed apartment for up to 5 people with a sea view from the top terrace was very nice. The apartment is lovingly decorated and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning, fans, and wifi. The apartment is super located, in the second row right at the sea. Although it is on a small street, it is only traveled by a few cars. From the lower terrace, you have a side view of a newly created park with water features. The nearest bus stop is a 8-minute walk away. With a dense and very clear network as well as a simple payment system on the bus using a cash card, places all over the island, including the airport, are also easily accessible without a rental car. But we also really liked Can Picafort and especially our quieter neighborhood Son Bauló. On both sides of the more touristy Can Picafort, there are natural beaches with perfect water and natural parks that can be reached on foot in medium beach hikes, otherwise by bus and with a short walk through the forest. Directly reachable from the apartment, 5 minutes on foot, is a larger beach with many sunbeds, beach bars, shops, and hotels in the vicinity. Also reachable in a few minutes on foot is the family-friendly, long beach promenade with a narrow beach with sunbeds, many restaurants, and shops. We would love to come back!

Fantastic experience: A very smart and comfortable apartment just on the edge of the old town, but very peaceful. Lovely roof terrace with views of the mountains and down to the sea. Good mini-market three minutes away. Restaurants and bars ten minutes easy walk. Bus stop for the coast five more minutes (and 15 minute ride). Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, allerdings wurden kurz vor Anreise 300 Euro Kaution eingefordert. Nachdem wir abgereist waren, wurden uns die Stromkosten in Rechnung gestellt. Dies wäre auch in Ordnung, wenn IPM einen ordentlichen Nachweis für den tatsächlichen Verbrauch erbringen würde. Stattdessen beruft man sich auf das "Wort" und behält für 8 Nächte knapp 225 Euro der Kaution ein. Trotz verschiedener Vorschläge haben wir bis heute nichts erhalten.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would! Stayed in a property for 10 days. Additional cleaning fee paid although we never saw the cleaner! And was scammed out of a very pricy deposit although legally they have no right to keep it as nothing was damaged etc. The villa was freezing cold and we had no way to access the heating. Overall very disappointed and disgusted. Will not be using this company again!

Negative experience: Double booked after full payment taken We booked a holiday through vrbo in Majorca in November, with 100% due one month before the holiday. We had communication with Ideal Property company once booked to confirm a few things about the dates, items included and if we could change departure date. When the payment was due I checked this was going through. One day after the payment had been made we had an email from Ideal Property saying the owner had double booked for the dates and they offered three alternative properties. After emails back and forth they were unwilling to match the price I had paid with any of the more expensive properties offered just a 5% discount still about £200 higher than we had just paid. They offered a full refund which we accepted. However, we now needed to find another property with 4 weeks notice and they had the money we needed to book another property. The refund took two days to come through and due to the exchange rate and transaction fee we lost £25. So it was very disappointing that a property was double booked and it took 4 months to let us know and only once they had taken our money. It was also very disappointing they weren't willing to price match what we had already paid with the other properties offered. We have now luckily been able to find another property on Airbnb which we have used in the past with no issues with UK stays. Will never use vrbo or Ideal properties again, who were supposed to be vrbo Premier supplier.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous stay at villa BEA12 in Alcudia. A cozy place in Alcudia. Perfect location: just 1 minute walking from the beach, good restaurants in the area, supermarkets... Both the owners and the company helped us in anything we needed. Children friendly. No pets allowed. The place you need to spend your holidays abroad with your family. BONUS: the villa is fully equiped with basic home-safety items. Some medical stuff and emergency phones are provided (really helpful if you have children). Cots are also avaible upon request. Loved this!

Nach ein paar Tagen gab es vom Eigentümer noch ganz fantastischen Ensaïmada. Meiner Meinung nach ist es notwendig, die Arbeit der Mitarbeiter und ihre Reaktion auf Probleme zu bewerten. Haus oder Wohnung hängt alles vom Preis ab. Sehr professionelles mehrsprachiges Personal. Sie reagieren sehr schnell auf Probleme und lösen sie. Ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Ich nehme ihre Dienste seit mehreren Jahren in Anspruch und war immer zufrieden.

Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment in Alcudia Port from IPM. The whole process was smooth and easy-great communications throughout. We arrived late in the evening but that was no problem. The check in was done online, key collection and return were easy and efficient. The apartment itself was perfectly located and spacious, presented in a clean and tidy manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would happily return to an IPM property in future visits to Mallorca.

Negative experience: Do not book with this company. We booked a house on mallorca at the lake. Only problems with drains, toilet overflowed and no service from IPM. No answers on emails or calls. 1 star is even too much for this company. Answer on IPM. ? We never flused wipes in the toilet. The problem of the drain was before we arrived. The washing machine also took in water even when it was should off and even when we closed the water hose. You can write what ever you want, but the word service you never heard before and also that is polite to answer emails you probably are not aware off. I see in other reviews that this is company rule, so again, DO NOT RENT FROM IPM!

Negative experience: DON'T HIRE FROM THEM!!! Never had such a bad experience with a real estate agent. We rented the lake view house nr. 5 in Port 'd Alcudia for 2 weeks. when entering the house we faced ants all over the kitchen and a lot of spiderwebs. Also down strairs toilet wasn't cleaned at all. After first wash in the washing machine we noticed that water came back into the machine when the wasmachine was done. when sending this claim to IPM they said we will inform the owner. The owner just said this is new machine and will be repaired in 2 or 3 days, which of course never happened. Than after some days i came down in the morningf and saw water on the floor coming from the toilet downstairs, from which I send pictures to IPM over whatsapp immediately. Answer we tell the owner and keep you informed?? Of course nobody came and no actions from IPM. Than when we started to take showers the water came from the toilet dowmstairs entering the livingroom. Again no actions , we needed to wait till next day when Colis came to fix the drain. When it was fixed IPM employee promised to take care of the cleaning after the plumber was ready and send new towels (as we used a lot for stopping the water). Again nothing came from IPM and we cleaned the entire downstrairs and bathroom. So bottom line, IPM is not a professional real estate agent, constantly hiding behind the "owner" which is not legally correct as we booked the house from IPM and not from the owner. Also we asked for a refund for all the shit we been in and all the extra cleaning we did for the owner. Guess what? Still waiting and again hiding behind the owner who they still haven't talked to.

Positive experience: Villa Rosaleda gehuurd via deze partij! Service tijdens boekingsproces was conform verwachting. Tijdens verblijf in villa Rosaleda ondervonden wij problemen met slechte matrassen en kapotte lattenbodem. Hier werd door IPM goed op geacteerd en er werd (na een aantal telefoontjes en mailtjes) oplossingsgericht meegedacht. Uiteindelijk is het probleem keurig opgelost en zijn de matrassen door de eigenaar vernieuwd.

Negative experience: The agency does not seem to have control over the bookings of properties. I booked one villa, paid it and even received the booking confirmation. The next day they cancelled my booking without any clear reasons, released the refund for which I should wait 14 days. They did not care about my troubles that I booked non-refundable flight tickets and lost lots of money. Pure communication, no compensation offered, not even a proper apology. They sent me automatic list of alternative properties totally not adjusted to my needs or not available. Bad experience, risky deal.
