Fantastic experience: Wir , und auch 2 unserer befreundeten Familien haben im Covid Jahr eine Finca für Langzeitmiete bei Nicolas und sein Team gemietet und waren vom ersten Telefonat an begeistert über seine Fachkompetenz und Freundlichkeit. Wir hatte vorher schon 4 deutsche Makler Vögel auf Mallorca erlebt und ziemlich gefrustet und er hat sich Mega angestrengt und zum Schluss unsere Traumimmobilie gefunden. Unsere Nachbarn die auch bei ihm gemietet haben sind jetzt mit Nicolas auf Kauf Tour und wie jeder Makler hat auch er nur ein Begrenztes Portfolio , aber durch seine duzenden Kooperationspartner konnte er unseren Freunden wirklich weiterhelfen und letzte Woche haben sie den Option Vertrag Unterschrieben. Aufgrund seiner langjährigen Erfahrung beim Größten Notariat auf Mallorca , bei Carlos Jimenez Gallego in Palma , kann man sich eigentlich den Anwalt auch sparen , Bilinguale Verträge , Legalitätsprüfunug und Orga des Notar Termin , alles bestens.
