Negative experience: We had an appointment today at 5:30 PM to see an apartment with José Luis. After waiting for 15 minutes and calling him, he tells us that 'he forgot.' Coincidentally, they took down the apartment listing last night, and later he told us that it had been reserved this morning. I think it's a complete lack of professionalism because it wouldn't have cost him any effort to inform us. We obviously understand that while the apartment is for sale, this can happen, but it shouldn't be treated this way with people's time.
