Negative experience: My partner and I were going to see the apartment when we were confirmed via WhatsApp about the 'management fees and charges from the tenants.' It already smelled fishy to me, but when I looked at the ad again, they had raised the price. Honestly, I find it very unprofessional to organize a visit for a price and then increase it, saying that the costs are on us when it's ILLEGAL. And claiming that 11 months is a short stay.

Negative experience: They are thieves and scammers who do not want to do their job and are constantly putting obstacles in your way for everything; they can't even clarify the contracts when they take an abusive commission right off the bat.

Negative experience: Dreadful experience, they do nothing beyond 'drafting' a standard Internet contract, advising owners to have tenants pay expenses and their fees. After a joint visit at the time of leaving the apartment and confirming that everything is fine with all three parties present, they make you sign that you receive the full deposit, a month later I receive the incomplete deposit with €180 less (for 5 hours they value) for a supposed cleaning a month after my departure. Shameful 0 stars.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. They take advantage of everyone. And if you don't believe it, read the reviews. Rosa is the worst, she speaks with disdain and arrogance, and Curro, the salesman, is also someone to run away from. He kept me waiting for 2 hours outside. I had never needed agencies to rent my apartment, but they call you to offer help without charging you, because they see your phone number on Idealista, and they charge everything to the tenant... something that I think should be reviewed with the law... So I fell into the trap. And I ended up fed up with them. It's better to look for another agency because here you're going to get burned, teased, and belittled. To make matters worse, they just called me threatening to report me for writing this review that they didn't like... unbelievable. I might end up talking to the police. I'll keep you updated.

Initially, the owner Antonio became a guarantor, NOW THEY ARE NOT PAYING MY RENT, he signed the contract with me, but the tenant did not sign it until the third day. My inexperience led me to hand over the keys to my apartment, and when I went to collect the contract, Antonio had already removed himself as guarantor. They put another person as a guarantor at the last minute WITHOUT THE ADDRESS IN THE CONTRACT AND NOW I CAN'T CLAIM IT FROM HIM, I wonder if it was premeditated. I AM WITH LAWYERS, THEY HAVE IGNORED ME, I FEEL SCAMMED BY THE POOR MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY OPORTUNITY.

Fantastic experience: The management when making the reservation was quick and easy, with the staff always attentive and friendly. In the end, due to personal issues, we had to cancel the rest of the management. They did not put any obstacles and continued with that friendliness offering help at all times. I have been looking for a home for a while, and they always attend to you saying yes, that they will call you, that everything is fine, and a few days later, what a coincidence, the property is reserved. A property listed on Idealista by 3 different real estate agencies. They only focus on calling you to gather data to assess your status, and if you are not a civil servant or a teacher, they won't rent to you. And if by luck they do rent something to you, it's because you are one of their buddies.

Negative experience: To look for an apartment and make money and their profit if they are good, but to help with problems, no, they completely ignore you and disregard you, they tell you that they will solve it and in the end, time passes and they say nothing.

I own an apartment managed by a real estate agency that searched for a tenant without good references and without the guarantor signing the contract. This tenant stopped paying from the first month and the agency turned a blind eye. It took me almost a year to get her out of the apartment, and she left it in ruins. This real estate agency lied to me from the beginning and then never wanted to know anything.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been quite negative. They managed the rental of a flat for students, and when the contract ended and I went to check the flat, I found it devastated: broken door, stained mattresses ready for the trash, stained sofa to throw away, walls black with dirt, insects swarming, dirty dishes with food stuck in the kitchen cabinets. The fridge was full of food in the process of putrefaction and disgustingly dirty, the sink was clogged and full of stuck hair and grime, and the toilet was full of excrement. As a result of this, I have to make a considerable investment to make it habitable again. After this, I contacted the agency in distress, and their response was to be reasonable and to return the deposit to the guys, saying that if it was a little 'dirty' it wasn't that bad. On top of that, I had to endure insults from the tenants and derogatory comments about me from the agency. As a result, I have put the matter in my lawyer's hands. In short, disastrous management, and I would never recommend this real estate agency, and part of their management included cleaning service and the responsibility for maintaining the flat.

Negative experience: One star because you can't put zero. They want to take advantage of you from the very first moment. We asked, as the only IMPERATIVE requirement, that the apartment had either air conditioning or heating. After sending me apartments that didn't have it (of course they don't warn you, you have to ask explicitly to get them to tell you), I asked them again on two occasions to only send us apartments that met this requirement. They notify us from one day to the next to go visit an apartment, setting a time that is convenient for them, regardless of whether it suited us or not, and they arrive late. As if that weren't enough, once we are there we find out that the apartment doesn't meet this only requirement (again by asking, they never told us). I ask them again to please send us only apartments that meet this requirement to avoid wasting their time and ours. Days later they send me another apartment, and when I ask if it meets this ONE REQUIREMENT, it again does not meet it. A truly deplorable service, with virtually no professionalism. They give the clear impression of being self-interested people, providing misleading information, trying to take advantage of young people with absolutely outrageous prices for very low-quality apartments.

Negative experience: A bunch of scammers. They want students to pay the real estate fees and the landlord to charge double, when the law states that only the landlord should pay. Do not rent with them.

Negative experience: I don't give 0 stars because it's not possible, the treatment is indifferent and they even tease you, they are not interested in any problem that occurs in the apartment, they simply keep passing the ball from one to another, their goal is to get your money while evading housing laws. I really don't recommend it at all, I wish I hadn't rented anything this year with these people.

Negative experience: Horrible treatment, they want to charge for everything despite already covering the fees. They pass the ball to each other but nothing, ignoring the situation. We have had problems in the apartment since September, and it's March 27th and everything remains the same. Not recommended at all. Just look at their low rating to want to run away.

Negative experience: I am currently renting one of their apartments and all I can say is this: Parasites. We complained about plumbing issues on the first day and we're still the same after almost a year of renting. The worst part is that twice a year they ask if everything is fine, and even if you repeat the same thing, they do nothing. Stay away from real estate agencies, especially this one.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because I CANNOT GIVE 0. From the beginning we had problems, as they LOST the GUARANTEE PAPER. They made a mistake by sending an INVOICE, as they sent an invoice for an apartment that was not ours. We wanted to leave the apartment after 6 months of stay due to personal reasons. We found two people to substitute us and THEY DID NOTHING to help the new guys take over, and all this was informed on FEBRUARY 29 when we said on February 1 that we wanted to leave on March 1. We went to the real estate agency to talk about what was going on and we were ASSISTED BY ANTONIO, for whom I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT, EDUCATION, AND PROFESSIONALISM, DISRESPECTING MY PARTNER BY RAISING HIS VOICE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND DECEIVING US. We found ourselves in a situation of searching for people for our apartment, managing to get a LARGE NUMBER of interested people and what they did was find only one person for my room but not for my partner's, making one stay and the other leave. Saying that there was a guy interested in my partner's room who apparently never existed. WE HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD SITUATION, 0 PROFESSIONALS, 0 RESPECTFUL, IF YOU CAN, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Negative experience: I am writing to you with deep disappointment and discontent regarding the experience I have had since the first contact via WhatsApp with your team. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction due to the lack of professionalism I have observed throughout our interaction. From the beginning, I noticed a deficiency in professional skills in managing personal information, with the loss of documents and the repeated request for the same documentation. The service provided has been inadequate and incompetent, which leaves much to be desired in terms of quality of service. In particular, I would like to point out that the communication methods via WhatsApp have not been appropriate, with a condescending tone, especially from the person in charge of managing my apartment. Furthermore, a significant error was made when sending the electricity bills corresponding to another apartment, with details that clearly did not belong to me. Despite having communicated this error and suggested a review before sending wrong information in the future, the response was an excuse based on the number of properties managed, insinuating that mistakes are normal. I consider these responses to be unacceptable. If you cannot carry out a job competently and professionally, it is my opinion that you should reconsider your position and look for more suitable alternatives. My level of dissatisfaction with the service provided thus far is considerable. I hope this feedback will be taken into account and that measures will be taken to improve the quality of service you offer.

They accept owners who have properties in disgraceful conditions that probably do not even meet the regulations to obtain the habitability certificate. When it comes to collecting payments, they are the first to be available and provide wonderful service, a service that they no longer offer when problems arise with the owners. They allow the owners to use them as intermediaries, but when there are complaints from tenants, they wash their hands of it. They are fully aware of the many abuses that the owners commit and promise (since they are intermediaries) to speak with the landlord to solve it, but conveniently when the moment arrives, they side with the landlord and solve nothing. From my own experience, I recommend you find another real estate agency because from them you can only expect to be ignored unless it’s for collecting payments, for which they are always the first to respond.

Negative experience: Hello, I wanted to file a complaint because this company is engaging in illegal practices, charging fees to tenants, which has not been allowed since the end of July this year. Since people usually know they cannot be charged, they use the excuse that since it is a seasonal rental, they can do so. Additionally, I have not seen any part of the law stating that this is permissible, and I have asked them to provide me with the article that states this, but I have not received a response. The agent who assisted me is Olmo.

Negative experience: They are scammers. They tell you that it is rented, and then it is not. The owner has rented it out on their own, they say, and that is why they have marked it as reserved. But they spent two weeks with the ad, and when I called them, they said they would call me back, but then they never did.

Negative experience: We just moved into the apartment and it was in a state of uninhabitability. The interest from the lady managing our apartment is rather minimal and she places all the blame on the owner (whose email or phone number we have not been provided). It's quite shocking how when I called customer service, the operator mentioned that there were many issues in other apartments they manage as well. They are overwhelmed because the staff seems to be insufficient and their working conditions are questionable. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: In this real estate agency, they are all incompetent. I notified them 3 weeks in advance for them to prepare the keys to my house, and when I arrived, they didn't have them, justifying themselves by saying they were on vacation when I told them to have them ready because I was coming from outside the province, plus many other situations like this. The only person with any common sense is a guy named Javier, who takes care of the supplies for the house. He was very helpful and available for everything; the rest have no idea how to do their job.

Negative experience: Terrible management. Especially this last year, when it comes to requesting invoices they are the first (which by the way they don't care to ensure they're correctly indicated, in my case they sent us an Excel made by the owner himself in which nothing was clear) but regarding our deposit, we have been asking for it since early July and they haven't given us anything yet. They even threatened to evict us from our rental apartment due to a delay in rent payment from one of the tenants. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: I won't give fewer stars because there aren't any. 0 professionals, rude, disrespectful. Specifically, one of their workers, Luis, stands out for his shamelessness. They guaranteed us that we would get an apartment where we had scheduled a visit. They told us we were the first to see it and that if we liked it, we could keep it. Well, the day before at 11 PM, this man decided to cancel the visit and tell us that the apartment is already occupied. Did this man cover my days off work that I requested and the hotel expenses in Granada that I had booked to finalize the payment and contract? NO, ON TOP OF LEAVING US IN THE STREET and of course, speaking to us terribly.

Negative experience: The lack of professionalism is truly impressive; they are rude, very informal, and lazy. They have no desire to work, they commit to call you but then ignore you. Not recommended, ambiguous ads with no information are deplorable. Do not request their services at all. They will only attend to their own interests. Mediocre.
