Inmobiliaria Elite: Reviews
Negative experience: Not recommended at all, creates a lot of distrust. Antonio is not clear at all, he says contradictory things and creates a lot of insecurity and distrust. For someone selling houses, something that can tie you to a bank for half a lifetime, these are not very good qualities. In our case, we were going to be the buyers and Antonio was representing the sellers. The property was on the platform, which is how we saw it and contacted another real estate agency (which, by the way, also did nothing right by us). We saw the property, liked it, and decided to sign a reservation contract delivering €3000 in December, which specified that this reservation would be for 1 month. It turns out that the property had been on sale for quite a while, and when we reserved it, they started a modification of the square footage in the registry, changing from 400 to 300 square meters. Meanwhile, we were looking for financing and taking steps by delivering all the documentation to our bank for feasibility study. By mid-January, we already had a pre-approved mortgage pending the completion of the square footage modification of the property so they could come to appraise it. This modification process was resolved by mid-March, and two days later I went to the property with the appraiser. The following week, with holidays in between, the appraisal was sent while waiting for a response. The problem is that the designation of the property by the appraiser was 'Urban Land with ruined construction'. By labeling it as land, banks do not grant a mortgage as a dwelling, so our bank manager, along with the regional manager of the same bank, tried to convince the appraiser to change that designation. When they couldn’t succeed, they tried to arrange the mortgage differently. During all these processes, we were pressured by both real estate agencies insisting that we sign the deposit contract because a lot of time had passed with the excuse that the owners were very nervous (it’s normal they were, as they weren't informed about anything). Finally, due to impatience and lack of information from Antonio to his clients, they decided to put the house back on sale but we were to have priority. A week later, it seems someone is interested and wants to make an immediate purchase, and they put us in the position of signing a deposit without still having the assurance that the bank would grant us the mortgage due to the issue of how it was appraised, which would lead to losing what we had deposited if the bank ultimately could not grant us the mortgage. To this, we said we were withdrawing and going to get our money, which should be deposited in the real estate agency's safe as Antonio told us when we delivered it. It turns out that Antonio tells me in the morning that he cannot give it to me because he gave it to the sellers and that same afternoon he calls me back and says he has to withdraw it from the bank and will give it to me the next day. By law, the depositor is the real estate agency, not the owners (who, by the way, when talking to them, confirmed to me that they had not seen a €). After collecting the money and telling him all of this, I contacted the sellers and explained the situation. It turns out that they weren’t informed of any of the steps we were taking; they were only told 'next week it seems the deposits will be signed', this went on from December until recently. In conclusion, for making a purchase or sale of this magnitude that can ruin your entire life, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, nor the one that was handling us. I hope the sellers have good luck and do not have any problems with the sale.
Fantastic experience: Antonio is an exceptional person, very competent and above all fast and efficient in his work. Totally recommendable.
Fantastic experience: Antonio is a great professional and a great person. I recommend him 100%.
Negative experience: He sold me a house with many serious problems, and he tells you not to call him with problems, to call him to have a beer, a scoundrel and a fraud........
Negative experience: Terrible management and treatment. I was going to buy an apartment and I was kept waiting for months only to finally be unable to access it. They didn't have the paperwork in order, which means it shouldn't have even been for sale. They put up obstacles for me to get my money back after the relevant deadlines had passed, and I have been months trying to recover my money, having to resort to a lawyer.
Fantastic experience: Very good service. Antonio is phenomenal.
