They are very efficient in resolving the reported incidents since they have staff themselves responsible for repairing breakdowns or any issues in the apartment; in my case, they sent an electrician the day after the power outage in the living room, which was repaired at that moment. They also took care to deliver the property in optimal cleaning conditions. Very good communication with Antonio, who has always been attentive to everything. Without a doubt, one of the best real estate agencies in Granada.

Negative experience: I have been living in an apartment managed by this real estate agency since September and it is disastrous. The worst real estate agency you could get in Granada. They take advantage of our status as students to charge us more and more money. A lot of unprofessionalism, they never answer when you need them. In summary, they are scoundrels and I would not rent with them again next year.

Negative experience: It is a regrettable and terrible real estate agency. They do not care about anything, and any problems with the rented properties have to be covered out of pocket. The first week we moved into one of their apartments, they told us we had 15 days to inform them of any issues we had in the apartment so they could resolve them (to this day, none of the real estate agents has come to see the damages in the apartment). On the other hand, I was told that I had to make more copies of the apartment keys because they had more, and they said they would charge me for it (to this day, they owe me €11 haha), and when you call them about a problem in the apartment, they make the excuse that they have too much work and will look into it in the coming days (that next day never comes). In summary, they are a bunch of scoundrels. The fact that we are students and do not have many financial resources does not mean we have to live in pitiful conditions.

Negative experience: I give one star because it won't let me put less. A dreadful treatment, with no desire to sell and tremendously despot and unpleasant. And worst of all, the prices are incredibly high; at the travel agency a couple of blocks away, we found the same trip with the same hotel for €300 cheaper per person. Although the worst part is not the money, it’s the treatment, dreadful.

Negative experience: In our case, last year's experience was disastrous. A shower door broke, which they charged us for (without prior notice), in addition to deducting money from the deposit for lack of cleaning, which they charged manually (how do we know it was real?) (?), when the apartment was slowly clean. I also want to mention that they delivered it to us in worse condition than it was. Communication is costly, something might break, and they may not be able to attend to you for a while. In short, this is to share my experience. I wouldn't do it again.

Negative experience: No recomiendo en absoluto está inmobiliaria. El año pasado alquilamos un piso con ellos, quién nos enseño el piso dijo que tenía las camas nuevas, la calefacción perfecta y demás virtudes que luego fueron todas mentira. Firmamos y vamos a la entrega de llaves, en ese preciso momento nos dice que quizás tienen que pasar a ver el piso alguna vez te a que el piso está en venta (nos acabamos de enterar de lo de las visitas y en el contrato no ponía absolutamente nada). Una vez instalados hemos estado soportando continuamente mensajes de este hombre muy insistente para llenarnos el piso de gente como si un inmueble piloto se tratara. No contento con eso en una de las visitas masivas que hizo a mi casa trajo a gente de otra inmobiliaria e incluso querían grabar todo el inmueble con nuestras cosas dentro evidentemente. La última vez que nos escribió y ante nuestra negativa para volver a convertir nuestra casa en un museo optó por decirle a la casera que no facilitamos la entrada para poder vender el piso, eso sí, obviando el detalle de todas las visitas anteriores y que no se nos había informado previa firma de que íbamos a tener que organizar nuestro día a día en base a la actividad comercial de una inmobiliaria. Lo cierto es que pagué una mensualidad a esta agencia y aún hoy no tengo muy claro en concepto de que, lo único que me trajo fueron dolores de cabeza y tener que estar pendientes de cuando iba ser la próxima durante todo el curso.

Así definiría esta agencia, destinada a la infuncionalidad debido a su impulsor, principal responsable de las incidencias producidas en nuestro piso alquilado, que no son pocas. Espero cambiar mi valoración al finalizar el curso 21-22.
