Negative experience: I give one star because you can't give less. Lack of professionalism, lack of seriousness, lack of education, lack of manners, they are only interested if they know they can take your money. I scheduled an appointment with this real estate agency to see an apartment. An hour before going to see the apartment, they don't give me any signs, nor do they send me the address or anything at all. They don't respond to messages either. I work and had to change work schedules, ask for favors, etc. to be able to see the apartment. They only sent me a brief message where they told me that it has been reserved and that it's gone. Very little shame. And I will definitely make it known how these people operate.

Negative experience: After traveling 400 kilometers to see an apartment with an appointment at 6 PM, we called a lady at 6:04 PM (we can prove it) and she scolded us for being late in a very rude manner. Maybe it was because the thermometer was reading 42 degrees or she just didn't feel like working. We feel sorry for the owners who were also there and were not given any chance to express their opinion. When someone does not like their job, it is a curse for themselves but also affects others who are not responsible for their poor professional choice. They should dedicate themselves to something else and they would be happier. What a shame.

Negative experience: Hoy he llamado a esta inmobiliaria "ZAFIRO", interesado en el alquiler de un piso. Es increíble como son capaces de darle la vuelta a todo, y cambiarle el nombre a las cosas con el fin de salirse con la suya y seguirle cobrando al inquilino unos gastos que ahora por ley son ilegales. Me dicen que no son honorarios, que son gastos de gestión, porque ellos durante toda la vigencia del contrato estarán presentes para cualquier cosa. Para cambio de titularidad en los servicios de agua, luz, etc, para cualquier problema con los vecinos, etc. Me quieren cobrar por un servicio que yo ni he pedido, ni deseo, ni me hace falta. Un servicio que debe hacer el propietario del inmueble, y si desea contratarlos a ellos, pues pagarles para eso, pero yo no, siendo el inquilino. Me han dicho que se han leído la nueva ley de vivienda completa. Claro, no tengo dudas de que así ha sido, pero solo para encontrarle trampas y seguir cobrando honorarios a los inquilinos y quizás ahora, a ambas partes. Les suda la legalidad y te la disfrazan muy pero que muy bien. Deberían empezar a inspeccionarlos debidamente, porque seguir cobrandole a los inquilinos por su (gestion), ahora es algo ilegal y es un robo, por lo tanto, estaría muy bien una buena sanción para que dejen el descaro de seguir haciendo lo que les da la gana. En resumen, son unos sirvenguenzas que vuelvo y repito, ahora ilegalmente quieren seguirse lucrando a costa de la necesidad de las personas. Unos aprovechados que pisan los derechos de la gente, y que no respetan ni cumplen ninguna ley. Deberían desparecer y dejar de intentar estafar y robar, porque es lo que están haciendo. Me querían cobrar a mi, y estoy seguro que a los propietarios también. Ahora cobran por ambas partes. Son unos sinvergüenzas y lástima que no recuerdo el nombre de la maleducada que me atendió, pero vamos, inmobiliaria Zafiro, una de tantas en Granada, una de esas cuevas de ladrones que deberían desaparecer si al final ahora su intermediación solo es pérdida para ambas partes. Sinvergüenzas, cumplan al menos las leyes y déjense de tanto descaro.

Volví a llamar yo y se escuchó por detrás ". Dile que ya está alquilado" y me colgaron.Ni me preguntaron que qutaba buscando, ni nada tal cual como lo cuento....alucinando me quedé.Pienso hablar fatal de ustedes.

Negative experience: Tener cuidado hay una de las trabajadora rubia en la mesa de enmedio q engaña a la gente te dice q ingreses 1500e para reservar un piso(hasta hay perfecto) pero luego te dice q tienes un mes para firmar la hipoteca o pierdes el dinero. Vamos al banco se lo decimos a la directora y dice q eso es mentira, se lo decimos a esta señora y nos dice q es mentira cuando íbamos dos personas, osea nos da a las dos por tontas directamente y encima dice q la inmobiliaria le tiene q dar el dinero de la llave de la cochera(automática) y también dice q ella no lo a dicho, intentan engañarte y encima te tratan como su fueras idiota.

Negative experience: No son nada recomendables, se lavaron las manos cuando dejamos la casa y los propietarios no nos devolvieron la fianza. Se pusieron de su lado y no nos ayudaron. De hecho en el momento de dar las llaves los propietarios no estaban allí y no sé cuando vieron la casa.
