Negative experience: The treatment from the company has been good, but that would have been the least to expect for it not to be the worst experience I've had in a long time. I went to see an apartment on Camino de Ronda; it looked normal, clean, and old in the videos, something for students. When we arrived, the apartment was a mess: dirty walls, peeling paint, exposed wires, hanging bulbs, a horrible kitchen, dust bunnies all over the floor, an disgusting microwave... An endless number of disgusting things that there 'hadn't been time to clean', but that 'they were going to send someone soon'. Just like they were going to change the mirror and paint a room. Everything promised and said casually just when I went to see it. A shame to show that in such a state. And for nothing less than 800 euros. P.S.: They asked me on WhatsApp to change the review since the service was good and that is true, but in such service, that's the least you can expect.

Negative experience: Realizamos el contrato de alquiler para un cuatrimestre con esta inmobiliaria, al principio todo facilidades. Pero en cuanto acudimos al piso nos lo encontramos en mal estado, suciedad y cucarachas por las habitaciones, pelo de animal, excrementos de Pajaros, ... Bien es cierto que acudió una persona a limpiar al día siguiente, pero le pusieron un tope de horas y se tuvo que marchar sin terminar de limpiar el domicilio, por lo que desde el primer momento descontentos con la inmobiliaria. Con el paso de los días encontramos mas cucarachas, y su solución fue aplicar un producto “milagroso” y convencernos de que el resto del edificio estaba igual. (Cosa que era mentira ya que hablando con vecinos del mismo edificio y de la misma calle, la única vivienda con este problema era la nuestra) Por otro lado, los diferentes problemas que hemos tenido como las puertas que no cerraban, persianas estropeadas, muebles en mal estado desde el primer día, la única manera de conseguir que cambiasen y actuasen de alguna manera era presionando sin hacer el pago del alquiler en la fecha, y era la única manera de conseguir que se acercasen al piso. Un único radiador que teníamos que mover de habitación en habitación para un piso de 4 personas. Pero para rematar, los problemas para la devolución de la fianza con mentiras y malas respuestas. Fianza que no hemos visto en su totalidad ya que es su palabra contra la nuestra y ella quien tiene el dinero… Totalmente descontentos con esta inmobiliaria y no la recomendaría en absoluto. Sentimiento de un engaño tras otro.
