Negative experience: I give one star, but it's a minus 100. Unbelievable. I book a property and they don't inform me about the damages in the house. The property tells me that the necessary repairs can't be made and the real estate agency tells me that of course they will be fixed, and that I am making excuses to get my money back. The real estate agency blocks me on WhatsApp (very professional). I send an email asking them to put in writing that the property will do the renovations that the real estate agency says will be done and that the property had indicated to me that they couldn't be done. They unilaterally return part of the deposit to me via Bizum and relist the rental advertisement for the property while I wait for them to put in writing the renovations that the real estate agency says the property will carry out. I indicate that they cannot re-advertise a property that is already reserved and for which they neither put in writing the necessary renovations that I had not been informed about, nor do they return the full deposit. In total, they have kept 200€ and disappeared. I logically still have the active reservation, and no one responds to me by email or phone. I am going to report them for malpractice and claim the return with interest of the 200€ that they intend not to refund me while I wait for them to provide a solution. And of course, they cannot rent the property pending confirmation of a reservation already made and paid in good faith, or logically they will have to explain to a judge why they are renting the same apartment to several tenants at the same time. Another unprecedented thing is that I meet with the real estate agency to see the property and the property shows it to me; logically, the agency knows nothing about what the property has conveyed to me. In short, the real estate agency says one thing, the property another, they have kept my money and intend to rent the same property to another tenant while I wait for a response to my active reservation for the property. Alleged scam? I suppose the OCU and the judge will rule on this. I am still waiting for news. The person who attended me with such a lack of professionalism, also putting words in my mouth that I did not say, is named Esther. Luckily, I have proof of everything that happened. If they do not respond within two more days, I will seek a judicial solution. You cannot collect money and then disappear.
