Negative experience: Once the documentation was delivered, they said they would communicate the insurance decision to me as soon as possible. Twenty days later, after multiple attempts to contact or get a response, they say the insurance response is not viable (supposedly it took them 20 days to realize this). The problem with the real estate agency is the lack of professionalism and attention; they postpone and do not give an outright negative if they consider that the profile is not adequate. As a tenant, no one has time to waste; they show a profound lack of respect for other people's time. Other insurance companies have accepted my documentation in 24 hours and without any problems.

Negative experience: If you're looking to rent soon, don't even bother with these people... you send documents and they take 2 weeks to respond only to tell you that it didn't go through... when we all know that responses are much faster. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all!

Negative experience: It's better if no one calls this real estate agency. The girl who answers the phone is rude and poorly mannered, super arrogant. This way they're not going to sell much. Yes, they are super important. Don't call again, and I give you a piece of advice: don't do it. Let's see if they learn a bit of respect for people.

Negative experience: They trust a neighbor more than themselves; you call because an incident has occurred and they ignore everything. On top of that, you write to them and they don’t respond. Because of a neighbor who called them talking badly about me, they don’t want to return my deposit; it’s unbelievable... When I moved in, they didn’t even come to see how the house was; I found it with broken things, even the washing machine was broken and I had to buy one myself.... Anyway....

Negative experience: A real estate agency that ignores you, you show interest in an apartment and all they do is act arrogantly and pay no attention.

Negative experience: They lie more than they speak, bad treatment and very poor management towards the tenants.

Negative experience: Fatal I called on a Friday to arrange to see a house the following Thursday or Friday, and they told me they would talk to the owners and call me to see if that day was good for them. Tired of waiting for the call, I called on Wednesday and they first told me that they had already sent me a WhatsApp and wanted to hang up on me saying: 'if they have already sent you a WhatsApp, come on, goodbye.' After telling them that I hadn't received any WhatsApp and whether they had really spoken to the property, it turned out that they hadn't noted anything about me. If they act as intermediaries, at least they should do it properly. Totally not recommended, very rude, and on top of that, they don't do their job.

Negative experience: Un desastre de empresa, no tienen palabra, ves un inmueble de que está libre a las 2000 horas le das la mano al comercial cierras el trato. Quedas que a primera hora del dia siguiente envias documentación para la reserva (cosa que se hace a las 800 del día siguiente) y sorpresa con un escueto whatsapp me dicen que mientras me lo enseñaban a ido alguien y lo ha reservado (de pena) les llamo pues todo me parece muyyy y raro y la señora que me coje el teléfono solo hace que decirme "que es lo que hay" , resumiendo no son de fiar, id con cuidado pues he de decir que es la primera vez que escribo una reseña pero ha sido tan mala experiencia que me he decidido a compartirlo con todos vosotros Saludos

Negative experience: Un desastre.En abril 2018 Intentamos alquilarles una casa 850 e mes,nos pidieron tres meses mas la comisión más contrato,más IVA...un dineral.Aceptamos.No tenian ni las llaves para enseñarla .tuvimos que esperar a que la propietaria estuviera libre.Nos dijeron que estaba todo listo para firmar,y suerte que lo dejamos para el día siguiente por qué el banco estaba cerrado ,por que luego nos llamaron para decir que el seguro de pagos no aceptaba.Al día siguiente en otra inmobiliaria nos cobraron menos historias,y el seguro de pagos aceptó al momento.Tenian las llaves y pudimos ver la casa sin esperar a nadie.No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria,es la peor de Sant Celoni.
