Negative experience: Today, 01/19/24 at 13:30 and 13:45, a resident of Vima in a wheelchair, with serious autonomy and capacity problems, was outside in the rain. He had to be assisted twice because he slipped from the seat of the wheelchair and couldn't sit back down at the corner of St. Isidre and Constància. He was alone with no companion. The POLICE and resident services had to be called for his assistance. It is evident that something is not right, and they should review the situation at the team level and take protective measures so that he can enjoy outings accompanied.

Negative experience: Well, as for reception.... excuse me, total disappointment, I spent almost an hour this afternoon trying to get in touch and they either hung up on me or simply didn't attend to me. Hey, thank you very much, really. Professionalism is completely absent. Is it that hard to answer a call? And this is not the first time. They answer with such indifference and you want information and they know nothing....... like, what!!!! In the end, what I wanted in my information thrown out the window. I'll try again tomorrow, let's see how eager they are to attend after calling for 1 hour, for God's sake, what a bad image.....

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no me dejan comentar. Ahí voy, y no se trata de mi indignación... no es nada personal. Lo cierto es que en general; nada formal ni serio. Los empleados que he conocido unos oportunistas sin sentido del deber y el compañerismo. El personal de dirección unos irresponsables. El trato pésimo.
