Negative experience: Despite the quick sale, I have to report the anti-business attitudes of Mr. Y. Fernandez that completely changed once the (expensive) fees were charged. Several questions remained unanswered and promises were not kept (I had to resolve the water meter issue from France where I live despite him promising to do it, so I have to pay more for water that belonged to me), so some information was unclear or erroneous. Similarly, the agency practices misleading advertising. The exclusivity contract I signed included a commercial gift (a watch) if a sale was made... well, that watch must have been lost in someone's pocket... I requested it time and again... with no response. This is a lack of respect. To conclude, I give a score of 1; the high price of fees and everything outlined above makes me not recommend this agency at all, and I have family in Sanlucar... Things need to be said, so everyone can form their own opinion.
