He convinces you because the owner lives in the apartment and THE OWNER tells you that he will leave before the NOTARY signing, you trust him and believe that you won't be deceived, but when you go to the office to give the DEPOSIT of 3000 euros, THIS JORGE SANCHEZ gives you a lot of documents to sign and tells you that it is INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS, and the last thing you expect is that he SCAMS you. Just at that moment, he writes at the end of one of the documents and puts in his handwriting: THE OWNER WILL NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY UNTIL HE FINDS AN APARTMENT THAT MEETS HIS NEEDS. Of course, you haven't agreed to this verbally either with him or with the owner named FERMIN, and HE SCAMS YOU, because he is clearly deceiving you and you won't be able to enter your apartment once you buy it, meaning he is putting a squatter in. If he tells me this in the office, I say that I AM NOT INTERESTED and I leave.

Negative experience: Tremenda la falta de interés a la hora de realizar las ventas. Nosotros estuvimos meses con ellos, para nada, ya que finalmente nos han vendido el inmueble por otro lado. En ocasiones, incluso, las personas que te atienden llegan a ser maleducadas con las formas que utilizan. Además, ellas nunca tienen la culpa de nada, si falta alguno de los documentos que te tienen que facilitar, siempre es culpa del vendedor o de alguna otra persona con la que nunca has mantenido contacto directamente, pero nunca ellas. Además, o sus financieros no saben trabajar, o no es real que tiene dichos financieros, ya que nosotros estuvimos esperando semanas a que nos llamase alguno para darnos condiciones, y nunca llegó a llamar. Qué alegría habernos ido de allí, ahora ya tenemos nuestra casa.
