Positive experience: Very well located. Beautiful view. The pool is a plus. The photos are realistic. The apartment does need some renovation. Upon arrival, there was some dog hair on the floor and sofa. But when reported to the agency, it was addressed immediately. Very friendly people who know what they're doing. We spent 2 very nice weeks here.

The only thing is that the drains of the sinks in the apartment were not draining properly and that was a bit cumbersome and unhygienic... I have already communicated this to them.

Positive experience: We have stayed in an apartment at Venus Mar and we have been fine. Although there are a few things to improve. Mattresses, dish racks, and some pans should be replaced. And the issue of ants should be resolved, as it has been quite annoying. Anyway, as I said, the location, the pool area, and overall the stay have been good.

Positive experience: We stayed at the Parc Golfet apartments. The location is very quiet and the common areas and pool are very pleasant; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the village. The apartment was good, spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, we didn't miss anything. However, an important downside is that the beds urgently need to be changed; they are too soft and the mattresses are quite worn out... I think they should be replaced, as rest is important. Another point to review is the quality of the towels; that is, if I'm charged for towels, they should be in good condition. Some of them were frayed and very used, all in different colors and sizes. Other than that, it is a good place to spend a week on vacation; we liked it, but these small issues make it not entirely perfect, and the important thing is that they are very easy to solve and not costly.

Until now in the apartments of Port Pelegri and this year we tried an apartment in the San Roc Panoramic Castilla residence. Pure happiness! Very well equipped, air conditioning, private parking, pool in a wooded park. And the little extra: the beautiful view of Calella even on the first floor!!! Positive experience: Surely well-intentioned ... a completely renovated apartment but unfortunately renovation is not enough! Many practical things were missing: from heating to blankets, from cups to bowls, from sponges to dish towels, kettle and ice cubes, shelves in the bathroom or clothespins... However, the staff immediately provided me with the items. The remark that "every customer has special requests" was exaggerated and unprofessional. I am talking about basic items! So far, I have been greeted kindly... I can recommend it! Until next time the apartment is fully furnished!

Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for years and there will NOT be a next time with these farms. Community of neighbors of about 15 apartments and a small washing machine for everyone, obviously hard to use because it is always occupied. The washing machine room is always open and dirty, very dirty. Regarding the stairway, it is completely abandoned, rusty, and has broken steps where it is easy to trip and get hurt. The cleanliness in general is terrible both in common areas and in the apartment. When we arrived, there were hair balls under the beds and in the bathrooms, I had to clean with bleach to remove dirt accumulated from previous months. The sheets provided, for a fee, were full of bleach stains and were totally frayed. The beds do not even have mattress protectors. As for utensils, the word would be poor or nonexistent. They charge you for the fan when in other farms they are already inside the apartment when you arrive at no extra cost. These are not long-term apartments, but vacation ones, and therefore they should have more amenities than a conventional rental. I give them one star for the incredible location; otherwise, they are flagrantly failing. For reference, I am referring to the Port Pelegrí apartments-building D.

Negative experience: We booked our holiday returning to a community we had previously visited. Changes of ownership to thr apartments meant standards across the community had dropped. We had a couple things that needed attending to in the apartment. Disappointingly Finques Port Calella didn't always show as arranged. Thry were powerless to intervene when groups of unsupervised children were running around the complex after midnight. YOUNGEST 6 AND ELDEST 11. Nor when they broke seating benches or when they were anti social in the pool. I wouldn't recommend staying at the Mont Mar apartments or booking through Finques Port Calella.

Qualsevol problema que tinguis ho solucionen de mandra ràpida i efectiva. En especial l’Albert, que sempre ha tingut una predisposició excel·lent.

Fantastic experience: Com a agència un 10, pero apartament no anava wifi, vaig haver de solucionar-ho jo directament amb la companyia, la tv sense senyal, amb formigues, joves propietaris banyant-se piscina fins les 24.00 cridant, avui tambe a les 6.30 borratxos i cridant, fent pis al jardi comunitari. Je suis entièrement satisfait de ma location et de la réactivité de l'équipe en cas de soucis : la cafetière était entartrée et il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Le lendemain, une cafetière neuve et tout ce que j'avais demandé étaient déposés à l'appartement... ! Je fais confiance à cette agence depuis plus de 15 ans et je n'ai jamais été déçu...

Negative experience: This appartement is in a very noisy environment due to super market and cross road. Very basic equipment , notre even a water pot , only 6 glasses and very limited cooking tools. No wifi. But very close to the beach and sea vue from the terrasse.
