Negative experience: The agency charged our card without notifying us. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the house is very old and lacks maintenance. The fridge, nearing the end of its useful life, leaked water, the cleanliness left much to be desired, there were stained sheets, and there wasn't even a scrubber or a cloth to clean... The dishes and cutlery were dirty, the shower water spilled out and (yes) they leave you a utensil so that while you shower, you can collect the water that is leaking out. There were three of us, one of us left on the second day for personal reasons, so we only used the apartment to sleep and only in one of the rooms. My friend noticed that the lamp was chipped, but we didn't pay much attention to it, as the state of the apartment was in that line. Now it turns out they charged our card without informing us €30 because they claim we broke a lamp. We spoke with them to tell them that it wasn’t us, and that if they are going to charge our card, the least they could do is notify us. There are comments on Google from other users who have experienced the same. We also don't understand how a tiny lamp that they say they bought a similar one at a bazaar can cost that much. We have to trust their word when they don’t trust ours! It’s clear that they will always charge extra costs and no matter how much you try to talk to them, they will not give in. The agency has shown that they are unaware of the poor cleaning services they are offering and are very quick to charge other people's cards without prior notice. The experience with the accommodation and its management is not worth repeating.

Negative experience: Llamé por una consulta y me dieron información privada de un propietario. Una inmobiliaria, dando información privada de un propietario, por teléfono, a otra persona... Refleja mucho la categoría de esta gestoría: un 0. Os recomiendo por vuestra seguridad que cuando llaméis grabéis todas las conversaciones, porque son unos ilegales.

Fantastic experience: Personnel très professionnel, l’agence m’a aidé à acheter un bien sur Rosas et m’a accompagné jusqu’au notaire. L’agent d’accueil est agréable et très souriante et les commerciaux très réactifs, professionnels et disponible. Pour cela je recommande cette agence Global Immo et cette équipe.

Negative experience: Bonjour à toute la communauté. Je me permets de déposer cet avis pour éviter que des personnes se fassent avoir, comme il m'est arrivé. Cette agence est sûrement compétente pour de la location. Pauline et Fina très compétentes. Le patron a une double casquette en tant que promoteur. Je leur ai fait confiance il y a 3 ans sur une promotion d'une maison unifamiliale neuve. Un cauchemar aujourd'hui!!! 3 années plus tard, maison pas finie, la Covid a eu bon dos!!!! Une grosse erreur de ma part d'avoir payé la totalité de la construction car ils avaient des problèmes de trésoreries aprioris... Ils ont profité de ma bonté étant moi-même petit artisan. Après plusieurs relances, dont une des dernières quasi physique, Mr JOAN le patron m'explique que la société va me terminer le travail, qu'il n'avait qu'une parole. 8 mois plus tard on m'explique que leur société constructrice a déposé le BILAN. Je contacte un avocat, qui me dit "vous aurez gain de cause mais cette société n'est plus solvable, donc vous ne récupèrerez rien". Aujourd'hui j'ai dû engager une autre société pour terminer notre dernier rêve avant la retraite. Nous nous battons depuis 1 an pour avoir l'eau et l'électricité à notre nom car rien n'a été fait dans les règles. Malheureusement des fois la tranquillité a un prix et cela est bien dommage!!! (Epouse hospitalisée, raz le bol total, dépression) Aucune critique ni de haine, juste les faits concrets pour avertir les futurs acquéreurs. A éviter, car GLOBAL IMMO continue à vendre des projets avec une autre société constructrice!!!
