Negative experience: Very unhappy with the service provided. I believe it does not live up to the work it claims to perform. My partner and I bought our first home with him, and it was a VERY NEGATIVE experience, far from being a beautiful and exciting experience. We could only view the house on 2 occasions; it was impossible to schedule an appointment. If it wasn't one thing, it was another... there were always obstacles. We asked him to make an inventory to know what would remain in the house; we never received it. In the end, he wouldn’t even bother to answer calls... contacting him was very complicated for me, but for my husband, it wasn’t that difficult; he usually answered his calls (it seems he doesn’t like being pressed by a woman and told what he does wrong). He didn’t even take care of changing the utilities (water, electricity,...) which is normally handled by the agency, which charges fees for that (among other things). In summary, terrible, an incompetent. I do not recommend it.
