Negative experience: They charge agency fees and with the new law, that's illegal. Moreover, they include a clause saying wear and tear of the property, and surprise, coincidentally, another monthly fee for no reason. What is clear is that they want you to pay the tenant's insurance, which by law, the landlord has to pay as well. Now, if you want to respond to me with a random message saying anything, but as stated, be careful with this agency as they are not serious and lie more than they actually talk.

Negative experience: Incidir en que nunca pudimos llegar a hacer la visita del inmueble. Encontramos a través de un portal el piso, y las fotografías no dejaban entrever bien el contenido el inmueble ni sus dimensiones. Pedimos más información vía email y se nos remitió la misma y pésimamente escasa que contenían no sólo en un portal sino en varios (idealista, fotocasa y creo que habitaclia también). Volvimos a intentar contactar por teléfono y nuevamente toscos y rápidos en colgar. Una lástima porque están perdiendo clientes y demostrando que no hace falta vendedor para poner en el mercado tu inmueble.

Negative experience: Esta tarde he tenido una experiencia lamentable con esta agencia inmobiliaria porque uno de sus agentes nos ha plantado cuando habíamos quedado para ver un piso. Aparte, hemos tenido que llamar hasta en dos ocasiones a la Inmobiliaria y no han sabido manejar la situación bajo ningún concepto, lo único que han hecho ha sido darnos largas y al final no hemos visto el piso. Si no queréis perder vuestro tiempo, ni se os ocurra contactar con ellos.

Negative experience: Quedamos para ver un piso y nunca apareció nadie. Tras llamar dos veces a la agencia para saber si venía alguien y esperar más de veinte minutos, decidimos irnos. La única explicación que nos dieron en la segunda llamada es que el agente inmobiliario venía en coche desde otro municipio y que no contestaba al teléfono. Varias horas después el propio agente nos llamó y nos vino a decir que se me había olvidado completamente de la cita...
