Negative experience: At the end of 2023, I bought an apartment in Benidorm that was finally notarized in early January 2024. In the purchase contract, it was deliberately stated that it was an apartment with a rental license. This was supposed to be transferred to our name by Albir Confort (Wim) for 125 euros. Now, almost 9 months later, we are still empty-handed, and nothing has actually happened. Today, we received the message from Wim that they are just brokers and not property managers, so we have to sort it out ourselves. 9 months of false pretenses and lies. Yes, how naive we have been. People, watch out for these scammers!!!!

Negative experience: Scammers.... They always ask for 2-3 months of deposit when by law they can only ask for 1 month... Swindlers... Read the laws and protect yourself, your family, and your wallet.

Fantastic experience: Deze zomer met het ganse gezin gelogeerd in het prachtige appartement Nuevo Golf gelegen op een rustige plaats in Albir. .Zowel het appartement, het zwembad en de tuin waren zeer netjes onderhouden. Zeker een aanrader voor jong en oud. Hier zien ze ons zeker nog terug. Zelfs tijdens de situatie met COVID-19 werden wij zeer goed ontvangen. Alles was clean en veilig. We konden steeds met al onze vragen terecht bij Sandra Torres. Reeds geboekt voor het volgende verlof.

Fantastic experience: We have been using Albir Confort for at least twenty times and it is like our second home,it has everything you could ask for. It is scrupplessly clean and the staff are wonderful. It is in walking distance to the beach (5 minutes) and very close to many bars, resturants and supermarkets but still in a very quiet location

Negative experience: Eiendomsmegler som dessverre også driver med svindel og selger boliger som ikke har byggeattest. Anbefaler alle å holde seg langt unna denne bedriften.

Positive experience: Este año me ha fallado el aire acondicionado y me han dado largas porque no venía el técnico pero me subieron ventiladores y un pingüino que ayudaba un poco. Aparte de esto me gusta mucho Albir Confort

Me gusta el trato de la gente y por este sitio siempre que venia, me encanta vivir en Albir por el park natural, el mar y la gente que já conozco y espero tener mi espacio ai para vacaciones siempre o quizás mi casa.

Fantastic experience: This was my second holiday at the Nuevo Golf Apartments and I cannot fault the apartments in any way! The apartment proved to be not just a base in Albir, but a real home. Everything was provided and being located just a short distance from both shops and the beach makes this the ideal venue in every respect. I will be booking again very soon!
