Fantastic experience: In May of this year, we bought a house, from the very beginning, we felt like we were buying a house from friends, a wonderful atmosphere, professionalism, all the formalities sorted out in a week along with the expedited assignment of NIE. Buying a house is a wonderful feeling, especially with such a great team. Fantastic experience: First of all, I must say that I searched for a property for a year and my experiences with other real estate agents were frustrating. Until I happened to come across Premium Villas and got to know Tanja. Not only did she show us the perfect property, which we bought and have happily lived in for half a year. The service didn't stop after the sale. The contract drafting is really balanced and completely covered our needs and those of the seller. After the sale, all ongoing contracts were rewritten in our name. Even when we had a power outage or suddenly the water didn't run due to construction, or when we had to resolve something with the city and couldn't manage it by ourselves, we were helped. I am really not just positively surprised, but thrilled. When we planned various renovations or modernizations, after a brief phone call with Daniel (the boss), the next day there was a gardener, a pool builder, an electrician, and a plumber on site. If I ever want to sell the house, I will also do it through Premium Villas, and if I want to look for something new or build something here, I will also reach out to Premium Villas. Schwieriges Problem bezüglich Erbschaft sauber und schnell mit dem "Registrador" gelöst. Auslanddokumente mit Apostille eingereicht und schnell von akkreditiertem Übersetzer erstellt und amtlich eingereicht. Ein paar Wochen später wurde Überschreibung der Liegenschaft anstandslos ins Register eingetragen. Kosten null, war alles in der Provision eingeschlossen, wenn auch nicht vorgesehen. Kulanz wird bei dieser Firma groß geschrieben. Jederzeit wieder, danke für alles.

Negative experience: Muy informales y poco profesionales Habíamos quedado con ellos de 16 a 16:30 y a las 16:15 nos llamaron que no podían ir y nos dijeron que si podíamos posponer la cita para las 19 a 19:30, les dijimos que si. Pasaron las 19, 20,21 etc y hasta el día de hoy no se han dignado ni siquiera a llamar No nos parecen ni serios ni profesionales

Qua effentency en serieus genomen worden kwamen zij als enige makelaar ook met mensen die niet geheel zochten wat wij te bieden hadden maar door vasthoudendheid en doorzettingsvermogen verdienen zij als enige 5 sterren ,ook wat betreft de afwerking door het makelaarskantoor niets anders dan lof.
