Negative experience: They try to charge for everything, they don't inform you of anything, and on top of that, you have to stay a year with the electricity company that they impose on you (the most expensive rate). The strongest thing is that they try to charge 100 euros just to change the name of the electricity account from one tenant to another.... I wanted to buy an apartment and had problems from the very first minute, starting with constantly misdrafting the contract, creating insecurity and distrust. They want to charge their commission to the buyer in advance and in a hurry. In my case, there was an issue beyond my control, and the seller ultimately did not want to sell, but Housfy hid information from us about the reason, which fortunately we were able to contact the seller and he explained the reasons. To top it off, when I need to get my money back from their commissions and the reservation, they don't keep their word and return it to me 5 days later after I had to insist. Negative experience: I am a tenant. The landlord contracted services with Housfy, and I am supposed to report any incidents to Housfy. I must say that the service they provide is terrible. I have reported damages such as leaks, issues with the intercom, and on the first day, I was without electricity for 3 days. Housfy has not provided me with a solution, and in the last case, the gentleman who attended to me was rude. I believe that customer service should be respectful and collaborative. In the end, I have had to solve the problems on my own. I should also add that they forced me to pay an insurance fee of 160 annually. I do not recommend contracting services with Housfy.

In my case, luckily I had an agency that took care of everything, even the papers from the selling side. It’s a hidden theft, the lack of professionalism is so great that it seems like a joke.

My manager had to do all the paperwork that was supposed to be theirs. They couldn't even change the utility owner. PATHETIC. I would even say they have psychological problems and some mental deficiencies as well. In response to the agency's comment, everything I said is true. In the contract, they commit to changing the service owner and they never did it. They never sent the community papers, nor verified the debt status of the previous owner... I repeat, THEY DID NOTHING.

On Housfy's part, there have been lies, an increase in fees at the expense of the sale price of the apartment, delays in the entire process, and zero transparency. Negative experience: Appalling service. My partner and I have been looking for an apartment for a while and we have been interested in several apartments listed on their real estate portal, but we have never been able to schedule a visit. Initially, they send you a text message to confirm the appointment, and (trying with both my partner's account and mine) they have been canceled. On some occasions, they have contacted both of us, and the same thing happens: they either cancel the visit on the same day or stop responding without finalizing the appointment, and after some time, they contact us again just when we've lost interest. They do not generate trust. We will stop requesting visits when this real estate agency has the listing.

Positive experience: We wanted to sell the apartment with Housfy, but the commissions they take leave much to be desired in terms of economics. The agent who assisted us was Ibrahim, and we ended up very happy with him; he explained everything perfectly and fought tirelessly over the commissions. Negative experience: Very bad experience. I was penalized with 1800 euros for selling my apartment to a client prior to my contract with them, which I informed them about from the very beginning and requested to be exempt from the penalty. I was told that this would be the case, but it was not well reflected in the contract and they do not stand by their word even though they acknowledge a misunderstanding. When I requested explanations and a review of my case, they responded with incorrect information as if I were another person. It's a complete disaster. It's a shame to have known them; I hope no one else trusts them.

Negative experience: My experience with this company began in April 2023. At first, we thought everything was perfect since they took care of everything and we received the money on time. In December, we made a change in the contract and at that moment our agent assured us that everything was secure. At the beginning of February, our nightmare began; we received a call from our new agent who told us that the tenant had left the apartment with 6 months of unpaid rent (we didn't know because we had rent guarantee insurance and received the money punctually). The problem arose that at the moment we made the contract change, there were already unpaid rents and we were not informed. The apartment was left in very bad condition and we canceled the contract and requested the deposit, which we did not receive until the first of April due to delays and then due to problems with the program. Once everything was resolved and after talking to our new agent, he said that all these failures occurred because of our previous agent and that now everything would be different with him. We decided to rent it again with them and up until the renting moment, everything was perfect! Once rented on June 10, things started to not add up; first, we were the ones who had to ask how the key handover was going. I asked when we would receive the payment and they told me it would be in 12 days from the rental. Those days passed and we did not receive the payment, after many complaints and my manager responding when it suited him, we reached July 1 where, still without payment, I requested a change of agent, and our angel in that company took charge and in one day found the problem and kept us informed. Today, on the 3rd, they told us that the payment has been made, and I hope this does not happen again. I want to be fair and leave this section to thank Yannick who, without being our agent, helped us more than anyone else, attended to my messages from the very first moment! He helped us and cared that it was resolved, he has proven to be an exceptional worker and a better person, he put himself in our shoes and showed empathy. Thank you very much, Yannick!

Negative experience: The salesperson responsible for showing the apartments, Mariano, is a liar. Scheduled visit in Barcelona since last week. Today I call because I don't see the listing published on any platform or on their website to confirm the visit, and they tell me there is no problem and the visit is still on. 2 hours before, I receive a text confirming the visit. I arrive at the apartment and no one shows up. I call the landline that was in the confirmation emails and they tell me they will call me back. The salesperson calls me saying that they JUST reserved the apartment for the earlier visit and had to go to the office and couldn't remove the listings. At least if he forgot to cancel the visits since it was already reserved/sold (because I repeat, the listing was already removed), he should apologize. DISGRACEFUL.

Fantastic experience: A 10 experience. Raúl, the manager assigned to me, was incredibly approachable and felt like one of the family. The conditions were unbeatable, and I would dare to say that they are impossible to equal on their own merits. The fee they charge might put you off, but it's worth every euro. Not only for the conditions, which are the most important, but also because we didn't have to handle any additional management; they took care of everything and provided outrageous advice. I would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Bad experience in our case with Marina from the office in Barcelona. First, we contacted them to conduct a feasibility study to apply for a mortgage through them and everything was great; we provided our approximate data and there were no problems, they said it would turn out positive and that we wouldn’t have any issues. Later, we uploaded the documentation to the website, which is practical but there is no space to add comments, value of the property you have seen, etc. Our surprise was when they called us after uploading the documentation, saying that with those payslips nothing could be done because they had flexible remuneration and that didn’t count for them (with the remuneration, the company pays you things that you would otherwise pay with your salary independently. Same money earned moved differently). We told them that they should look carefully at the documentation, that we had 15 payslips, not 12 and it should be multiplied by 15... 'Oh, it's 15? Well... I would have to check then if they count or not', but that no, they were very low, that one was €700 and there was nothing to be done. Well, but the €700 is because it’s divided into 2 parts due to a salary increase in the middle of the month. If you go to the 2nd page of the PDF, you can see the other part of the payslip... 'Oh, well, I only saw that, 700... it’s 700.' Obviously, you’re left with a look of 'confusion' when seeing how a professional who conducts feasibility studies does not even read the complete documentation nor has the delicacy to say: 'Sorry, I didn’t see that other part, let me check it.' If in the first part of the process, you find yourself with a supposed professional who does not do their job, I don’t want to think how it will be in later phases considering that it is such a delicate matter as buying a house. It’s not an easy decision to leave everything in their hands given this, as they suggest in their advertising. In my opinion, they are not serious; they are smoke sellers who then take your economic data and reduce it by what they consider (3 payslips, flexible remuneration) until they have data that is not viable. In this way, they only take those who interest them. Given our experience, I do not recommend them.

Not content with that, they assigned me a girl, then this guy came and passed me on to another one, it was an incredible disaster. To top it all off, the last one I told to make the offer because I was serious just ignored me saying he would do it later. They are demanding money that we've already paid, they haven't fixed the toilet that's been leaking since we moved in, and the worst part is that we moved in during Holy Week and no one was responding to our WhatsApp, and we had to call the gas technician because there was a closed valve outside the house, and they expect us to pay for it. However, the management is so pathetic that despite all these problems, they know how to write to us to put the owners' letters in a neighbor's mailbox. Shameful.

Negative experience: 1. Housfy does not support you on the day of the sale (you have to pay EXTRA on top of what you have already paid). Issue: there were documents that were not present on the day of the sale (they had not been uploaded to the website). When contacting the after-sales person, they never responded. Two other people were contacted, but they could not help. We had to find alternative solutions, unable to count on Housfy. We had no support at all on the day of the sale. 2. We had asked that the electricity and gas services not be canceled (signed by ARAS). Only to find out on the day of the sale that the owners had canceled them. Indicating that we were not informed. When asking for support to claim what is due to us for that: they redirect us from one person to another. Without help. You are on your own with this. 3. When contacting several departments for different types of support, they always redirect you to another person. No one takes responsibility to finish the task/help you. Therefore, the paid service is not a service at all. Unacceptable. In all my years of experience in this, I have never seen such bad/non-existent support as that of Housfy. Let it be clear that I do not recommend it to anyone.

An agreement was reached among the three parties that has not been fulfilled by HOUSFY up to the same day I was to sign the purchase, as I had to demand that if they did not resolve the situation, I would file a complaint, because they were no longer answering my calls or responding to me. It's a shame to have to reach this point. I hope that the responsibility of the service they offer is truly fulfilled and that they learn that it's better to face problems than to avoid them. I would not hire their services again and I will not recommend them.

Negative experience: I visited a flat on February 10, I liked it and sent all the documentation. Everything was correct, except for the final confirmation. Today, April 9, I see that the price of the flat has gone down, and they haven't told me whether they are renting it to me or not. They pass the ball from one employee to another and no one here knows anything. I think that in Housfy they don’t want to rent the flats and they entertain themselves by messing around with potential clients.

Negative experience: WE HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT. Terrible service, indifferent agents. The 45-day deadline for the return of the two months' deposit we were charged at the start of the contract (for two years) has passed, it's been almost two months, Mr. Rony claims that the IVIMA has not returned the deposited deposit and that housfy is not going to assume the risks of them returning our money after making us sign a contract that specified 45 days (it seems strange to me that such a large company cannot provide them with money that will eventually come to them). I fear that they really do not want to refund our money. Avoid renting your apartment with them, they are only nice when they want you to hire them. From then on, they apply the law of minimum effort. Update: they returned the deposit after I posted the comment, however, I received a water bill two months after I left when they were supposed to make the ownership change.
