Nur Aiza was with us throughout the whole process and always treated us amazingly and with great attention, answering all our questions and solving everything necessary from minute 0 until the purchase. Negative experience: Just a heads up when it comes to this lovely lady popping a card in your Sitges letterbox offering to sell your house to already lined up buyers. As wonderful as these offers sound, the issue is that these buyers miraculously disappear and then you might have signed an exclusive contract with her.. What I personally found unprofessional was she rang on my neighbours bell when I wasn’t home and when he came down she gave him the card (see photo) to give to me. This because of course she didn’t know my name so as to address me personally. This has not only happened to me but to other contacts here in Sitges whom are contemplating/selling their property. Just be careful before you sign anything!

Fantastic experience: Five stars, no less, I wish I could give more, Gloria and Luis did a wonderful job finding the ideal house, it took time but we are very grateful for their patience and dedication, it was a pleasure to meet them and work with you, and once again, thank you. Negative experience: Yo tendría mucho cuidado,a la hora de realizar alguna operación con estos señores!!!!!!!!!.En mi caso reserve un local,pedí un préstamo,contraté ingeniero para realizar licencia apertura y abrí una sl con el fin de registrarlo en el futuro contrato .Al cabo de unos días después de haberme gastado una cantidad bastante importante,me comunican que dicho local se lo alquilan a otra persona porque le dan una cantidad mayor de dinero que el ya acordado.En fin finalmente me quedo sin local y con una deuda por realizar dichos trámites.Gran negocio!!!espero no os suceda lo mismo
