Negative experience: Don't go there, they are not ethical or moral professionals. They have caused me a very unpleasant situation by using compromised information.

Negative experience: THE WORST EXPERIENCE. These people only want your money and the rest doesn't matter to them. Lack of information the day before the signing, on the same day of the signing it turns out that it cannot be done due to communication problems with the notary, delays, and multiple issues.

Negative experience: You are warned that workers cannot knock on residential doors. There is a law that states this and it is prohibited. A complaint will be filed, as the worker is recorded by surveillance camera. In relation to your response, again there is a law, and as we see that it will not be complied with, we are filing a complaint with images of the worker entering a private property, pretending to be the mailman. There is a law, and laws are meant to be followed.

Fantastic experience: In my case, I had a rather complicated situation to sell my flat in Premià, whose mortgage was suffocating me. Not only did they manage to sell the flat in a short time, but I also felt attended to from a distance since I live in another autonomous community from where the flat and the agency are located. Negative experience: A disaster. Embarrassing. It turns out we arranged to view a house for sale, we traveled to Premia de Mar from Corbera de Llobregat, a lot of kilometers just to see the house. Well, we arrived at the address provided by the agent and waited. They were delayed as 20 minutes passed and they hadn’t arrived. I called the agent and they didn’t answer my call. After more than half an hour of waiting under a harsh sun and heat, I searched for the agency's phone number in Premia de Mar and called. I asked about the agent and they told me that they hadn’t gone to work that day. I said they could have let me know so I wouldn't make the trip in vain, and they responded that they didn't know what appointments the agent had that day... EXCUSE ME?? What are you saying? You didn’t notify me and you don’t send another agent? What is this? I will never contact this unprofessional company again in my life.

Negative experience: The sale of the apartment was super quick, but that's where the good part ends. There was almost total lack of communication to finalize the signing date, and when the problems with the new owner started, they completely disappeared.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria una mica decadent per alguns dels seus membres o comercials, que no tenen prou nivell per tractar amb els possibles clients... un tarannà molt deficient

Negative experience: Han venido para hacer una valoración gratuita de la casa y creo que no ha valido la pena. Quién visita no es quien valora, de modo que es lo mismo que mirar el precio por M2 que se puede encontrar en cualquier web. A parte, el personal ha sido muy amable.

Ademas q si no necesitas o no quieres contratar sus servicios financieros (Kiron)...para en lugar de sacarte un 6% de honorarios te saquen un 8%...Se encargan de meterte el rollo de q no eres viable o solvente cosa q es mentira totalmente porque despues puedes comprar sin problema alguno con otra inmobiliaria q no sea de esta "condicion" ...Esta es sola mi opinion,pero lamentablemente la red esta llena de opiniones y experiencias como la mía.Y SI QUE CONSTO EN VUESTRA BASE DE DATOS Y SI HE TRATADO CON VOSOTROS ASÍ QUE NO UTILICEIS ESA EXCUSA COMO CONTESTACIÓN A MI RESEÑA!!
