Fantastic experience: I want to thank the people at Graons for their work. I was able to count on them during the months I was looking for an apartment, and my experience, unlike with other real estate agencies, was that they listened and understood what I needed, filtering everything that matched my preferences more accurately, so as not to waste time or opportunities. Something also essential is the empathy towards people, the pleasant treatment, and the commitment; these are added values that are scarce and cannot be attributed to other agencies... That is why I entrusted them with the sale of a plot, owned by my father, which we had been having some difficulties promoting for a while, and they managed to close the deal satisfactorily for both parties and in record time. Negative experience: I attended a negotiation for the purchase of a piece of land with my father Don Carlos RODRIGUEZ. The person in charge reminded me of a tie merchant at a market. Notably, there was no courtesy in customer service.

Negative experience: I reside in France and went through this agency to buy a building plot in the municipality of SILS, Spain. The transaction for the acquisition of a plot was made difficult by the poor instructions provided by the Graons real estate agency. Beforehand, a request was made to pay a deposit to block the plot based on a not very serious document that didn’t even specify the details of the sale. Unable to sign this document, I communicated a common template that the agency refused. For the payment of the set price for the plot, the agency manager told me I needed to come to the notary with a check from my French bank on the day of the signing at the notary. On the day, the bank check was refused by the seller at the behest of the agency manager, who demanded an instant transfer before the sale was signed! I had to return the next day to make a transfer. Regarding friendliness, after meeting them 3 times, not even a glass of water was offered... In conclusion, I did not feel any professionalism from this agency. Sincerely.

Fantastic experience: Hemos tenido una atención espectacular, muy profesional y estupenda, tanto Pilar como Josep Mª, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y en cuestión de solo dos visitas nos vendieron la vivienda, una pasada....saben lo que hacen y saben lo que tocan, todo ha ido rodado, sin problemas, se han encargado de todo, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.....recomendable 100%.
