Negative experience: Where to even start on how bad this company is (or the owner I should say, as I'm sure they have great people working there). I bought a property about 6 months ago from JS Properties, owned by Juan Servera, and since then the nightmare keeps getting worse by the week. In public and before closing on the house, Juan Servera appears to be really nice, saying all the right things such as how he will support with anything that comes up with the house and so forth. But right after we closed on the house, his real character came out. I have called him more than 50 times to talk about issues that came up, to which he never answered or called back. Sent daily texts for months without any reply. Stopped by the office and he is never there and the person that is "helping" me with my case is not really of much help either. For a minute I wondered if I was the only one facing issues, but then I spoke with my neighbors and every single one of them has the same or very similar issues, so it seems it's just how he handles his business. If this is not enough to make you run, let me share with you some of the issues. - Electricity. Let's start with the most shocking and currently ongoing issue. 3 weeks ago we got an email saying that the electricity was going to be cut off so that the new meters could be installed, and that it could take up to 8 days. We have now been without electricity for the past 2 and a half weeks and we keep being lied to being told it will be fixed within a day or two but it never actually gets fixed. Since we cannot live on a house without electricity for this long we had to get a backup generator ourselves and are currently paying more than 100€ per day for it, this despite a few months ago Juan telling me to my face he would never leave families without any power and that he would take care of the backup generator, which he never got because it was too expensive, as we were told by one of his employees. - Heating. Soon after we moved in we found the heating was not working. We raised the issue a few days after moving in, and despite winter kicking in and multiple attempts to get someone to support, it took getting our lawyer involved and more than 2 months to get a simple issue fixed - Pool pump. Just another thing that does not work properly. I have called a dozen times to discuss this, the worst part is that I had a face to face interaction with Juan and I asked him if I was the only having issues with the pool to which he lied again saying he never heard any complaints from the neighbors. Well I spoke with the neighbors and every pool has the same issue, they even confirmed to one of the neighbors they should have placed a bigger pump which requires a bigger storage room for the pump. - Storage door. When we first saw the house more than one year ago we were told they were going to install a door to the storage area. Move forward one year and we had one person take measures in December which said they would have the door delivered by February the latest. Do you know where the door is? I don't either...

Fantastic experience: We bought an apartment in Porto Pollenza through JS Property in November. We were assisted by Philipp Schulze. He patiently guided us during the months-long selection process with his confident and friendly manner, without ever influencing or pressuring us. Once we made our decision, he helped us in every aspect of the sales process and correspondence with the seller. We were 100% satisfied and delighted with his pleasant and reserved demeanor. Now, six months after the purchase, I drilled into a water pipe one Friday afternoon. Philipp was immediately on site and helped us out of a bind by finding where the water could be shut off in nowhere in front of a neighboring apartment. That same evening, thanks to his mediation, the hole in the water pipe was closed. That's what I call 'reliable and dedicated support'.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at one of JS Properties apartments on the Pine Walk, Port de Pollensa for our annual cycling week in May. Perfect !! Great communication with Joel, Melodie and JS staff throughout which was topped off with probably the nicest place we have stayed at since 2016 when we first started cycling in Mallorca..

Fantastic experience: Holiday Rental - We have just returned home after having a fabulous holiday in Puerto Pollensa. We would most certainly recommend JS Rentals and look forward to booking our next holiday accomodation with them. Both Joel and Melodie, whom we dealt with were brilliant - efficient, thorough, and really helpful. Our accommodation was spot on and just as listed/marketed. Fantastic experience: Renting for holiday vacation. Worked with many different companies to rent a holiday vacation property in UK and abroad with mixed experience. But with these giys especially Melodie we had great experience from initial enquiries to payment and during renting. Responses were extremely prompt and any small isdue resolved witgin hours. Brilliant service for renting. So such support just made the vacation worry/hassle free. Will definately be calling them again when we return in the future. Thanks JS team.

Negative experience: I have never experienced such a useless estate agency. 4 calls to speak to someone who knew the property and then in the first sentence it was obvious they didn't know the property they were supposed to be selling

Positive experience: Try to get information on properties but like all estate agents they don't seem to be bothered in giving it.
