Fantastic experience: We have bought and sold a few properties in Mallorca and Georgette at Pollensa Estates is the best. She sold our apartment about 2 years ago very quickly. The whole process was very easy. Recently sold out second property with Georgette. In my honest opinion she is the only agent that actually does some work. Georgette Hayter provided a highly recommended professional service throughout the initial viewing and subsequent purchase. Georgette has a good knowledge of all the local companies and legal formalities especially to new home owners in Mallorca. She provided support and guidance at all times making the whole process easy and a comfortable transition. Fantastic experience: Not one of the ‘glamour’ agencies in PP, but don’t let that influence you. We have recently sold our apartment in the port through Pollensa Estates and were extremely impressed by the service from Georgette Hayter. Highly professional, but with a friendly and helpful touch. The web site is also very easy to negotiate, which is highly important to potential buyers. The photos she took and description of the apartment were great. Everything was explained in clear layman’s terms and nothing was too much trouble. Progressing a sale / purchase during the lock-down and the restrictions imposed was always going to be difficult and I’m pretty certain that it wouldn’t have happened without Georgette’s intimate local knowledge. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pollença Estates to anyone either buying or selling in the area.
