Fantastic experience: We stayed in Villa Can Topa per for a week. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The welcome pack was really well thought out with coffee, milk etc. The staff in Balearic properties were fantastic in every contact we had with them. Really efficient and helpful always. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Iris Grunewald at Balearic Properties is the most genuine and professional estate agent that we have ever met. She is multi lingual and multi talented with a real depth of knowledge. The organisation runs like clockwork and the marketing team behind Iris are all very capable and available. The presentation of our house was excellent with some great photos. Their online marketing captured a buyer in days. After receiving the offer, the real work begins and Iris has managed the whole with great skill, attention to detail and has taken care to ensure that we know what is going on. Iris is also very personable and has given my wife and me a lot of support during what is a stressful and emotional experience - selling our home of 22 years. We would thoroughly recommend Balearic Properties to anyone buying or selling a property in Mallorca.

Fantastic experience: Southwest Mallorca The temperature is picking up. We are starting to see quite a few tourist heading to the beaches of Portals. The parking beside Marineland is packed with buses and children are going thru the turnstiles of Marineland to enjoy the dolphin show. People are playing tennis nearby. Terraces down at Puerto Portals are packed with people sipping coffee, drinking a nice cold beer and for the more fearsome gulping down a nice Gin and Tonic. Shops are putting out their ware for clients to shop and you do see the odd ones with shopping bags strolling near the boats and yachts.....It feels like Summer is around the corner and the season hasn´t even started.... This year is going to be a fantastic season here, in the Southwest....Come and Enjoy!!

Fantastic experience: Balearic Properties are an agency to be totally relied upon from start to finish. Of particular note is the agent Gemma Marr, she helped me find a suitable long term rental property. I was living in the USA at the time and everything was handled via email. Each communication was always handled promptly and efficiently. When I finally reached Pollensa a few weeks back my apartment met every wish I had and more! Gemma went beyond her duties to settle me in and sort out frustrating problems with Fed Ex, and her fluent Spanish and extremely helpful and friendly demeanour made my transition to a new country effortless. I have nothing but praise for Balearic Properties and the extremley professional way they run their company.

Fantastic experience: Balearic Properties is the agency where English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Russian clients will find an experienced couching in their mother tongue.

Negative experience: I spoke with a certain Carolina and she was lovely, but she passed me to a salesperson, a certain Hugo, and he brushed me off refusing to show me two properties for questioning the price of one of them. It doesn't seem serious or professional to me.

Beides lief perfekt, er kümmerte sich um alles, war fast immer erreichbar und beim Notar als Übersetzer dabeigewesen. Beide immobilen im Top Neubauzustand und faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann Herrn Schmitt-Wichmann nur weiterempfehlen

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque ne puede poner menos, he llamado 2 veces para preguntar por una propiedad y te pasan por telefono con distintos agentes. Ninguno de ellos tiene ni idea de nada. Las 2 veces quedamos en que me iban a llamar porque no tenian ni idea de nada y aun estoy esperando. No recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria. Supongo que es la tipica gente que esta a la espera de gente extranjera despistada para hacer el agosto.

Just to share with people interested in buying a flat / a house in Mallorca: we did it via Balearic Properties and we were really happy with their service, support throughout the process (guidance and follow up). Either you want to buy a flat for two or a family house, you're welcome! Once in contact with Balearic Properties, as it's their job, they will put you in contact with a lawyer and a notary if necessary and the whole sales process can be done quite quickly (3 months). Multilingual staff, no worries.

We were very specific about what we wanted and Balearic properties came up with the perfect answer. An old property getting a complete reform.
