Negative experience: They offer homes that they claim are newly built. After going to see it, I realize that it is a 1950 house and the only new construction is to demolish it and rebuild it. The response from the person who attended to me, Oscar, was > 'If you renovate it, it looks like new.' / 'Yes, that is true, and if you don't lie, you end up better off.' All the houses we visited had broken roofs, dampness, rat infestations. When I told him we were from Puertollano, his response was, 'Where is that?' Very little kindness and an unforgettable experience for how bad it was.

Decir chapuzas es quedarse muy corto...no se puede ser menos profesionales de lo que son esta gente...aparte de no tener ni idea del negocio inmobiliario o de como firmar una compra venta de una vivienda, son lo más informal que puede encontrar uno en el sector

Negative experience: Algo de información útil, para personas que pretendan vender su casa: -Es ilegal que una inmobiliaria entregue las llaves de una casa a unas personas que únicamente han firmado el primer documento de garantía/reserva. El contrato de reserva sólo estipula, precisamente, que la casa está reservada para los futuros compradores, pero no que la venta se haya efectuado de facto. De hecho, un contrato de reserva se puede cancelar en cualquier momento, esto es, porque los reservistas no son compradores oficiales. -Es ilegal que una inmobiliaria exija a los todavía dueños del inmueble que entreguen todas las copias de las llaves del mismo, antes de la firma del documento de venta. El contrato de reserva no es un contrato de venta. Cuantas copias de las llaves hubiera, sólo se entregan ante notario, en el mismo momento de firmar el contrato de venta definitivo. -Es ilegal que una inmobiliaria justifique cualquiera de las cosas anteriores bajo el pretexto de “no tener problemas”. Eso se llama coacción. Además de ilegal, también es inmoral realizar cualquiera de estas cosas a sabiendas de que los propietarios de la casa lo han prohibido expresamente. Animar a los reservistas (futuros compradores, pero no compradores de hecho) a entrar en una casa ajena sin presencia de nadie de la inmobiliaria, sorpresa, es ilegal. De paso también es inmoral mentir a los reservistas en cuanto a esto. Decir que “cuando uno firma un contrato de venta de un inmueble los muebles van incluidos” es un completo engaño. La venta de inmueble (la casa en sí) es una cosa; la venta de los muebles, otra. Decir que “la ley se sobreentiende”, es un engaño. La ley no se sobreentiende; la ley se aplica. Prometer a unos reservistas que con la venta de un inmueble podrán quedarse gratis con todos los muebles, es un engaño. Aprovecharse de una generación de mayores que están vendiendo sus casas por imposibilidad de mantenerlas, y mayores que normalmente no suelen tener mucha idea de asuntos legales, puede que no sea ilegal. Pero sí es de ser muy mala persona.
