Negative experience: Fatal, we were interested in a property and they do not respond to messages or calls. At first, they said there were other interested parties who were going to look at the mortgage, then that they would appraise the property... We asked if they had done it several days later to see if we should send the appraiser ourselves if they were not really interested in the end, and we have not received any response all week... Calls hang up after the first beep... And the two messages asking the same thing on different days were completely ignored...

Negative experience: That real estate agency deceived me as a property owner. On 12/13/2020, I had my first attack of BPPV. I am still suffering from BPPV today. They have taken me to court. Negative experience: Nine months after purchasing our house, after gathering the necessary data with rigor, honesty, and being able to demonstrate everything written here, we have decided to write this review. We felt deceived by the assigned commercial from IAD who handled the sale of our house, starting with a total lack of professionalism and neglect, taking advantage of the interest and need we had in acquiring our home. Almost all management had to be done through WhatsApp, it was impossible to communicate by phone. When we went to see the house, it was done in a hurry (now we understand why). He provided us with a construction professional, supposedly trustworthy, who not only gave us a quote almost double what we ultimately achieved on our own but also did not warn us of major hidden defects, clearly visible to a professional. Fortunately, the owners who sold us the house, wonderful people, helped us financially to address them. They knew nothing about this matter; they hadn't visited the house in years. We're talking about a lot of money and feeling deceived because that is what it was, a deception to reach their sales goal. He left us hanging with no empathy, deceiving us with different comments from what the seller's side transmitted. We had to rent a vacation chalet for a month, which cost us a fortune, but he didn’t care... lest we discover what he didn’t want us to see. To this day, after significant renovations, we are happy and content in our house. We have met people who wanted to buy a home in Pego, and of course, we have not recommended IAD, nor will we recommend it to anyone; they showed that they only care about the money with no scruples to achieve it.
