Negative experience: Achtung!!! Sie sind anfangs freundlich und überschwenglich. Fragen, wann du fliegst und beantworten aber keine Fragen zu Häusern, die dich interessieren. Beantworten dann auch keine email mehr. Durch andere habe ich erfahren, dass diese Häuser gar nicht zum Verkauf stehen. Nach Spanien locken, für fake Häuser.......geht gar nicht !!!!!!

Negative experience: Wat een onprofessionele makelaar is dit. speciaal hebben wij het vliegtuig gepakt om met de contact persoon ene Sonia, een aantal huizen te gaan bekijken 2 uur voor de bezichtigingen laat ze weten dat het niet door kan gaan. en later terug zou bellen .niets meer vernomen nooit meer wat gehoord ook niet na diverse pogingen haar te spreken. In 1 woord waardeloos.en onbetrouwbaar.

Fantastic experience: I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or rent a property in Pego or the surrounding area. The staff are knowledgable, efficient and extremely helpful. This attitude is not limited to the buying process but continues afterwards to help clients settle into their new home. Both the regular members of staff are fluent in Spanish, so liaising with Spanish authorities on a client`s behalf is not a problem. The senior staff member is English and fully appreciates potential difficulties in adjusting to a new culture. In short, the service a client receives from this estate agent is of the highest order. I have bought a property through them and have felt supported throughout the process. In fact I still feel that if I had a problem, I could go to them for advice and help. Negative experience: I contacted them because I was looking for a vacation house. At first, they were very enthusiastic and had many properties to show me, they told me about a house that they might get into their listing that would match my criteria for sure. They were supposed to send me the pictures of that house. They never did. I did send them many emails to see these pictures but it never happened and they simply stopped answering to my emails. They should be more careful about how they treat customers, because their behavior at the beginning was too much, obviously fake, feeling that was confirmed when they simply stopped answering my emails. I just purchased my vacation property and I felt the need to share my feeling about this agency. Smoke and mirrors.
