Negative experience: We are posting this to ensure no one else suffers the situation we had to endure. We came across this real estate agency for the purchase of an apartment. Less than 24 hours before the signing of the sale, the agency called us to inform us that there was an error in a document they had managed, and for this reason, we could not formalize the sale (they informed us, but the error was detected by the notary; they didn’t even check the documentation themselves). This meant that my partner and I had to leave the rental apartment we were in and end up on the street. Fortunately, we were taken in by some relatives. We had to stay for more than 2 months with these relatives. What hurts the most, and we have already conveyed to the real estate agency, is the coldness and lack of humanity they showed us. They did not apologize until we pointed out that their behavior seemed to us the most unprofessional and inhumane possible. Not only that, but they also did not provide us with any solution to rectify their mistake. The only solution they offered was for us to cover the expenses while we did not sign the sale. Our experience with the real estate agency, especially with Núria Marèsi and Pere Farnés, has been inhumane and disastrous. Their treatment was deplorable, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. We have no other words. We also conveyed this to them. If my partner and I dedicate this review, it is because we would not like anyone else to go through the same situation as us. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. If you can, choose another one that will surely treat you with more humanity and be much more professional.

Negative experience: I edit the review because of your late and incorrect response... The technician, besides bleeding the radiators (which was also to justify his visit), said that the boiler needed to be replaced and couldn't touch anything because the parts would stay in his hands. We had to call the service ourselves and they told us you hadn't called until the afternoon, and I don't care that they have their schedule, you have to call and assume an emergency service. As of today, we are still in the same situation and NOBODY has contacted us. Liars, incompetent, scammers, arrogant, ignorant,... and I'm being polite. To rent a property, you have to chase them; it seems they don't want to work. Afterwards, better not to have anything because they won't listen to you and will make a thousand excuses to avoid fixing anything or providing you with service, all thanks to a certain Àngels, an arrogant bitter person who must be waiting for retirement. The last incident was a few days ago when the boiler stopped working, leaving us with 4 children without heating or hot water. They told us that the landlord wasn't going to take care of the repair, which was a lie because we spoke with the lady and she immediately reached out to help us. Then they told us that they had called the emergency service and voilà, another lie, this happened on a Monday, and now it's Thursday and we're still in the same situation. The landlord is an older woman who they are taking advantage of; they tell her lies about the tenants, blame us for late rent, among other things. In total, we've been without hot water or heating for 4 days, and they are still adamant. Now it's been a week!!!! I'm attaching a photo of the boiler, let's see who tells me that it doesn't need to be changed.

S.L., the owner of the property we needed to rent in July 2022, in the Urbanization Can Valls, Caldes de Montbuí. Evidently, the rental contract signed with the Real Estate Agency outlined the legal framework of reference, including the rights and obligations of the parties, according to the applicable legal regulations, in the interest of legal certainty. Despite the existence of this formal document and this is the reason for our gratitude and recognition, the private legal relationship between us as tenants, the owner, and the intermediary real estate agency was established - from the very first moment - on basic principles such as transparency, good faith, reciprocity, and mutual trust. The rental relationship lasted almost a year and when we had to end it, by giving notice, the diligent action of the Real Estate Agency on behalf of the owner allowed us to reach the resolution of the contract, to the full satisfaction of both parties. In times when there are so many anti-system whims, it is fair to highlight and appreciate the positive and lawful service and treatment provided by the real estate agency and its staff.

Negative experience: Nuevamente vuelvo a editar la reseña, ya que todo el tiempo que no dedicaron cuando era cliente, ahora lo están empleando en llamadas, email y burofax para que borrara la reseña original… Resumen : Preocupación por los problemas del inquilino : 0 Trato personal : 0 Recuperación de la fianza : te lo ponen bastante difícil…. NO RECOMENDABLE 0 estrellas porque no se les puede poner menos. A día de hoy, leo más comentarios y coinciden que el trato es malo…

Negative experience: Después de un mes intentando contactar con el prepotente de el comercial, por una casa que por teléfono se dijo que estábamos muy interesados. Nos conceden cita el jueves día 4. En el cual justo media hora antes de la visita nos llama diciendo que ya está vendida. No conforme me presente allí para pedir explicaciones y el aparte de tratarme con mucha soberbia. Decidió por mí que no me quedaría la casa por sus problemáticas. Que ya era hora que después de 52 visitas la vendiera. Lo difícil no era la casa. Lo difícil es tratar con gente como el. Y quizás por eso le costó tanto vender la casa, un consejo? Dedícate a otra cosa. Lo tuyo no es tratar con gente. No tienes espíritu comercial, tratando de esta manera a la gente! Desde luego yo seguiré buscando casas. Pero de esta inmobiliaria no quiero saber nada más!!!!

Quedamos para ir a ver una casa este sábado a las 11 de la mañana y después de esperar 45 minutos nos fuimos, ya que el comercial (si es que se le puede llamar) no se presentó, eso es de ser un incompetente, además de ser un prepotente y sobre todo un maleducado e irrespetuoso, si a este señor (por llamarlo de alguna manera ya que tengo más educación que el) le gusta perder el tiempo a mi no me gusta perderlo de esa manera. Hoy día existen métodos para avisar de que noasistirá y avisarnos, pero como este señor no tiene educación le dio lo mismo no avisar. Así que no aconsejo tener tratos con esta inmobiliaria, en el pueblo hay mejores y dan mejor servicio que esta.

Negative experience: No puntúo 0 porque no se puede. Completamente de acuerdo con los comentarios anteriores en la otra "immobiliària Farnés". Solo miran por la propiedad y con claúsulas abusivas. El trato de la persona que lleva la gestión de los alquileres deja mucho que desear. En nuestro caso la tubería del agua que va del contador a la casa perdía, lo tuvimos que arreglar nosotros porque no se hacían cargo, el techo del garaje con goteras y ni caso, llovió y nos salía agua de un enchufe de la habitación!!!!! más de lo mismo... Y el colmo de los colmos, dejaron en la casa una nevera muy vieja y en muy mal estado a los 4 años pedimos cambiarla y negociar que la descontaran o bien llevárnosla el día de mañana... resultado: en la cláusula 12 del contrato pone que los enseres de la casa nosotros tenemos que repararlos o reponerlos. ¿enserio pretenden que deje una nevera nueva por la cara cuando la que me dejaron estaba hecha polvo??? lección aprendida mirar de arriba a abajo el contrato antes de firmar y sobretodo no hacer ningún negocio con esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Completamente de acuerdo con el resto de opiniones.. el trato de ellos hacía nosotros nulo, sólo miran Por la propiedad aún cuando es evidente la falta de razón, y envían emails bastante amenazantes a cuento de no se.. en nuestro caso particular sólo hicimos que mejorar la casa Y cuando surgía algún problema decían q eso era cosa nuestra,incluso un rotura de los tubos de agua que estuvo perdiendo agua meses y no se vio hasta q se hizo un charco.. (factura de 300 euros de agua) nos dijeron q era problema nuestro.. en fin resumiendo. Un desastre!! Podría estar escribiendo muchas más cosas pero es sólo un ejemplo.. espero que ayude la opinión!

Negative experience: Contrato de alquiler con cláusulas abusivas. Cuando tienes un problema en la vivienda, y le corresponde a la propiedad hacerse cargo, te dicen que lo pagues tu, y si te niegas no te lo arreglan y tienes que aguantarte. Al dejar la propiedad, te presentan facturas falsas de desperfectos que supuestamente han arreglado, para no devolver la fianza (demostrable con documentación, videos y fotos). En pocas palabras; mejor ir a otra inmobiliaria donde no te roben tu dinero.

Negative experience: Hace más de un mes, fuimos para que nos enseñaran un par de casas y nos cogieron el teléfono para quedar en otro momento y todavía estamos esperando una llamada, parece que no tienen muchas ganas de enseñar casas o solamente hemos tenido una mala experiencia.
