Fantastic experience: Competent real estate agency, with respectful treatment.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't put zero, terrible experience with their employee Ana. We had two rentals with her and both were bad experiences. When my ex-partner left the property and I was left alone, she told me that if the non-payment insurance didn't accept me, I would have to leave overnight with a two-year-old baby, and being up to date with payments, which I went to ask the police about, and they told me it was a lie. When I left, she said I should leave half a month earlier so I could get back half of the month, and they gave me less than half for some stains on the wall, stains not breaks. I consulted a lawyer, and they can't deduct from the deposit for some stains on the wall. What a shameless girl and scammer, both her and the owner of the apartment. I feel that this review tarnishes the name of this real estate agency because of the owner, but I want them to know what kind of employee they have. I don't recommend her to anyone; it's already been two bad experiences with the same real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: La mejor inmobiliaria de Nules, sin duda! Llegué a Nules y estuve sin encontrar piso unos meses por la demanda que habia, Pero en todo ese tiempo no dejaron de buscar y enseñarme pisos, hasta que di con el mío, la verdad que no tengo ni una sola pega. Da gusto encontrar gente así, que haga su trabajo tan bien, que se preocupe tanto por sus clientes y que siempre estén dispuestos a ayudar. RECOMENDABLE 100% !!!
