Negative experience: Disappointing, very bad experience with Casatuya in Nules, Spain I would never recommend to anyone specially if you live overseas Dear Mr Cesar I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience with your services as a estate agent After I purchased the property your colleague confessed to me that the property has an serious issues with the plumbing costing me significant amount of time and money also I was very disappointed with the fact that once I paid it became very hard to contact you always busy and full of silly excuses and lies Due to these issues, I experienced financial loss and stress i was expecting a much higher level of quality and service from casatuya After almost 2 years, I’m still waiting for my rent agreement contract signed by the tennant that by law you have to supply to me even though you took a one month rent in advance I hope you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your services Rob Calle beranger

Negative experience: EDIT: On top of that, they have the nerve to respond to this review without acknowledging anything. Truth and honor are worth more than all the money, you shameless people. Raquel, who works for the real estate agency, hid information and purposely lied to me and the owners of the flat we wanted to buy. And her boss César is not really involved, to say the least, instead of firing her directly and confronting her about it, he goes and defends her after she lied to us. We filed a complaint and reported it to the consumer protection agency. The same day Raquel showed us a flat in Playa Chilches, we told her we were interested and that we would make an offer. 2 days trailing behind Raquel saying that we wanted it and that she would send us the rest of the paperwork and everything... She hid from us that there was another interested party. She also didn’t tell the owners that we were interested and lied to them. The result is that they sold the flat to others for a lower offer, we were very angry because we lost the flat, and the owners were furious because they accepted a lower offer since she didn’t communicate ours, leaving the sellers with less money, just some acquaintance, huh Raquel?? The sellers were forced to reject our higher offer because they had already been given a high deposit and by contract they would have to return double. Raquel showed us the flat with zero interest and even had the audacity to say that the fridge there, if we didn't want it, she would take it for her 'group'. Shameful. And that a person as low as her continues to work there without any consequences after what she did. Stay away from this Raquel and the real estate agency as well because her boss César already showed us he is not trustworthy.
