On the other hand, they ask me for a lot of documentation and also my husband's payslips to be able to rent, which I do not understand since I was going to advance 7 payments, but fine, I pass absolutely everything. When they grant it to me I am so happy that I ask them to send me the contract to read it and they refuse, they tell me that I have to make the reservation first, I do not understand how they have all my documentation and my husband's and they cannot send me a contract to read before paying. I yield because I needed the apartment, I make the transfer and they tell me that they cannot give me the contract until the owner authorizes it, excuse me, what are we playing here? So the next day they tell me that the owner decided not to rent until September. They have my data, my money, and what about me? Scam, deceit, lack of professionalism? Now I've tried to buy another apartment with them, and they already increased the price by 10% from the time I visited until the offer was made. After accepting the offer, they sent me a deposit contract where I accepted to buy the apartment with debts from 2015 to today, and it states that the client agrees to include in the deed that I can't report any hidden defects and many more things. In summary, they don't care about the client, only about the seller. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dirty floors, poor communication, they want to take away over €160 from the deposit for cleaning blinds, tiles, etc. when they hand over the flat dirty, not to mention you are a good tenant and leave the place in perfect condition (with videos and photos as proof, both of how it was when you entered and how you left the flat). Maica laughs in your face when you complain about something, makes you sign things like the contract termination where it says that on that same day any deductions from the deposit will be notified, and then does whatever she wants. You arrange to meet her and she doesn’t show up, ignores you on the phone, lies to you... They think of the owners but not of the buyer or renter when you are the one paying the real estate agency. I wouldn’t recommend it for a lifetime; what I do recommend is contacting a lawyer and claiming what they do, it’s a shame.

To get the deposit back for an apartment, which we have photos of showing it was perfect and clean, a termination contract was signed stating that any damage should be reported on the same day, yet when you call to know how everything is going, they throw in cleaning invoices for blinds, things the girl makes up, etc., just like that, when the apartment was left in perfect condition (demonstrable with photos and videos), and when we entered the apartment, it was very dirty. Photos and videos were sent to the girl, and she did absolutely nothing, lying to you by saying that the owners have seen the apartment and complained; you speak with the owners, and they say the agency is in charge, and they haven't gone to see the apartment (the contract states that the owners will come). You try to talk to the girl, in this case, Maica, and she brushes everything off; she lies, doesn’t answer... You set up a meeting with her, and she doesn’t show up, only answers her phone when she feels like it, and on top of that, she mocks you. Whoever you talk to among those who have worked with this agency always say they are disastrous. The only good reviews are from themselves. Be careful; they have no problem taking your money and washing their hands.

Negative experience: Real estate agency that gets confused with the paperwork, they can't even clarify things among themselves, plus they sell you properties without keys, they are only interested in receiving the checks (and they grab them quickly, but they don't give you any keys), so you don't have access. They leave you stranded telling you to talk to the community administrator and that you should sort out getting the keys for the property you want to buy, and if any expenses arise in getting the keys (like making your own keys), those costs fall on the buyer. I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT IN MY LIFE. On top of that, I tell them that I will handle it but that I will present a receipt for the price of the keys for them to reimburse me, and they tell me they also don’t think of paying me for them, when it’s their responsibility. It's unbelievable, they can't sell something without access; it just doesn’t make sense to me, a little common sense. And what's worse is that if there's something bad they need to inform you about, they tell you after you've made the purchase and they have received the money/check, only to leave you stranded. I had various inconveniences because of them; in my case, a girl named Maica attended to me, who gave me a promotional price, and in the contract, another price appeared, and the same person wrote that she had already finished with me and that for any further questions I should contact her by email, but it turns out they tell me by email that my manager Maica has to take care of it. A JOKE... A SHAME.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional - once security deposit was paid my solicitor reported to me that this agency is suspicious and not following any of standard property purchase procedures (like signing contracts and so on) explaining that these are just "unnecessary formalities". A few weeks later when it came to the date when the final purchase was meant to happen, it turned out that "the owner is no longer interested in selling property" and that there is no way of forcing her to sell it, because she hasn’t signed the contract with the agency, the same contract the agency was saying it was an “unnecessary formality”. At this stage I paid EUR 3k for my solicitor, surveyor and foreign travel costs and realistically all I could do at this stage was to ask the agency for my security deposit to be paid back to me, and ask the agency to participate in costs incurred due to their unprofessional management of this transaction – of course the agency never said sorry or wrote an email with apologies, didn’t contribute to costs and wasn’t willing to discuss settlement, it also took a really long time and involvement of my solicitor to receive my security deposit back. In one word, it was a disaster, so be careful when you deal with Maite, a very unprofessional agent - because of how badly she managed this transaction I lost EUR 3k and hours of my time chasing them. And the final update - the property I was unable to purchase is now available again and back to market for 10% higher price!!! No comment….

Nos presentamos en la vivienda, y no había nadie, llamo para preguntar y resulta que la señora que me atendió, no se apuntó mi teléfono (cuando me había llamado ella antes ...) Y no me podía llamar para decirme que no me podía abrir porque no tiene llaves de la vivienda. Me parece muy impresentable y poco profesional. Y LO PEOR es que cuando hemos hablado por teléfono me hablaba irascible. 0 Recomendable.

Negative experience: Un empleado llamado Alejandro nos enseño el piso, nos pidió la documentación y dejamos de tener noticias. Fuimos a ver uno de los pisos en Burriana, ese mismo día dimos el SI a la compra y el mismo nos pidió la documentación: DNI de compradores Si estábamos casados por gananciales o separación de bienes. Si íbamos a financiar Y el correo electrónico. Esa misma noche les enviamos la documentación, la semana siguiente aún no sabían nada, pasaban los días y a lo largo de ese tiempo, no nos daban indicaciones de ningún tipo, contradicciones que nos decían que teníamos que esperar, pero que todo estaba bien. Finalmente un mes después, este señor Alejandro responde de nuevo un WhatsApp diciendo que estaba de vacaciones y volvería la siguiente semana, esperamos y volvimos a preguntar pero nunca más nos respondieron por ningún medio, dejando los mensajes en leído. Finalmente fuimos a otra inmobiliaria CASAS Y MAS INMUEBLES de Villareal, y allí descubrimos lo que es un trabajo bien hecho, responsable y dedicación. Compramos finalmente una casa con ellos (a ellos si lo recomendamos 100000%).
