Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful. We had agreed on the price and the deal for the purchase of a house we had been looking at for a while, we had discussed the mortgage with the bank, agreed on the price and the deposit for the purchase, and after many ambiguities from the real estate agency, on the morning of the signing, they called us in the afternoon to tell us that they had sold it to someone else. I never imagined that something like this could happen. We had already closed the deal to sell our house and now we find ourselves in this situation. A shocking lack of professionalism and seriousness.
