He assured and insisted that it was to see it for a purchase by some clients. He told my husband that everything was agreed upon with me. An attempt to deceive and scam in every way.

Negative experience: A sales representative (Ingrid) made us believe that the apartment was ours and at no point was that the case. She told us that she hadn't shown it to anyone else and said that we didn't pass the rent insurance filter. After being shocked, we called and got more information, and it turns out that the apartment was already rented to another tenant. We spent 10 days thinking it was some mistake in our documents and that we could fix it when that apartment already had an owner. It's a disgrace that she lied to us all this time making us believe it was our fault.

Negative experience: Disappointing the treatment received from INGRID. She has been lying and deceiving us during the rental process, we gave her the necessary documentation and she told us that we had not passed the filter without giving us any explanation, which surprised us. That’s why we called her and talked to her on WhatsApp, and she ignored us on numerous occasions when the reality was that we had passed the filter but the problem was that it was rented and she didn't tell us, she has been LYING to us. DETESTABLE AS A PROFESSIONAL, a SHAME, she solves nothing, has no idea about anything, she will ignore you.

Negative experience: Well, I wouldn’t wish on anyone the ordeal that I went through. I am interested in an apartment, we reached an agreement with the seller and they rushed me to sign a reservation agreement, because that way, the seller can't back out or sell it through other means. I signed this contract with a deposit of €1500, with a term of 45 days for the deposit and 60 for signing. They called me the following week threatening that if I don’t sign the deposit, my time will run out. I explained my situation and asked for another week to finalize everything, since I was still within the deadline. The owner called me, who leaves much to be desired... saying that my time is running out and if it's not at one bank, it will be at another but I should make a deposit because there’s no time left. That in total, I would only lose €5000... They published the ad again when I still have this agreement and I am still within the deadline. They called me a day and a half later, saying that they had received a higher offer than mine and were selling, and since I hadn't signed the deposit, it was too late. When the apartment has been on sale for almost a year.... what a coincidence that they sold it in one and a half days... They keep telling me that it is subject to a banking asset and that the bank has the final word, which is not true. They would wait for me but are being pressured by Solvia to sell. They tell me all the time that the owner pressures them, when I talk to the same owner who tells me that no, that they are the ones pressuring him. I have been looking into this with a lawyer and it is reportable, but honestly, I just wanted to cut ties with this and decided not to report, to sign the cancellation of the reservation agreement and to be left alone. Now I deeply regret it... A hell, what should have been the most beautiful thing, buying a first home with your husband and children, these gentlemen have turned it into a true hell. They are liars and try to twist everything around, and on top of that, make you feel guilty for wanting to sue them. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, and I hope no one else goes through what I went through. Contracts or agreements are meant to be fulfilled and lies have very short legs. It's a pity that everything comes back, and it will fall on them for the damage they do to people and for playing with families' hopes.

Negative experience: FATAL EXPERIENCE, NEVER BUY A FLAT WITH THEM. We were going to buy a flat in Cuéllar, the agent who showed it to us named Sabrina was very kind to us. The PROBLEM arose when we went to the agency and the BOSS named Jose María treated us TERRIBLY. Firstly, he was surprised by our age and that we wanted to buy a flat at such a young age. Then, surprisingly, he told us that we were there because we were the first ones to have seen the flat but that he had many people behind him who had 'all the money in the world' and didn't need a mortgage and even mentioned their names. After many HORRIBLE and OUT OF PLACE responses it didn't end there; he made us hand over a DEPOSIT OF 6000 EUROS NON-REFUNDABLE IF WE DIDN'T GET THE MORTGAGE, which is ILLEGAL (it was not the reservation contract, but a reservation agreement between the agency and the buyer). We left the agency nervous but the flat was well priced so the next day our parents went because Mr. Jose María did not take young people seriously, but our surprise is that HE REACTED THE SAME, FORCING US TO PAY 6000 EUROS. After that, we decided to say GOODBYE TO THE PURCHASE OF OUR FLAT DUE TO THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND THE BAD TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGER.
