I was looking for a property, and one that they had on their list caught my eye. I had to go see it 3 times, and they didn't put up any obstacles. Fantastic experience: Spain & Property have provided excellent assistance with the purchase of our Spanish dream. We've had our fair share of bumps, but they've always helped and advised us. Even after the purchase was made, we were still able to contact them for information and assistance. The fact that they speak not only Spanish but also good English was very pleasant for us in this first phase, in which our Spanish was not yet sufficient. Negative experience: Heb meermaals info over 2 huizen gevraagd, krijg geen antwoord. Ook bij telefonisch contact geen tijd en gaat terugbellen die avond. Maar ben nog steeds aan het wachten. Zal er nooit zaken mee doen. Zeer onbeleefd om zich niet aan de afspraken te houden.

Negative experience: Estábamos interesados en la compra de un chalet y nos descartaron simplemente por interpretar q no teníamos solvencia. Ahora, tenemos un chaletazo gracias a Inmobiliaria Turís que SI quisieron perder el tiempo con nosotros.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. A nosotros nos dejó tirados para ver dos chalets de los cuales estábamos muy interesados. Los dueños de las viviendas que tienen contrato con ellos pierden oportunidades reales en esta inmobiliaria. Trato muy desacertado. Eso si, para recoger dinero te recibirán con las puertas abiertas... Sin lugar a duda yo recomendaría otras inmobiliarias, hay muchos profesionales cercanos, con mejor trato, predisposición eincluso más económicos.

Negative experience: Ponen anuncios de chalets en internet, los cuales no quieren enseñar. Te ponen todos los inconvenientes del mundo, incluso te dicen que ofrecen chalets donde no están escrituradas las propias construcciones. Dan por hecho que no puedes comprar. Se podría llamar publicidad engañosa.
