Fantastic experience: The attention and professional advice from the entire team at the real estate agency is appreciated; they do a great job and the good treatment is extraordinary.

Negative experience: The girl who attended us to see a house was very unfriendly. When you want to make an offer because they don't publish the serious defects of the house, they say that it costs €3,000, and if they don't accept it, the real estate agency keeps it... When they show you the house, they open the door and grab their phone, and you're left to look at it by yourself. Honestly, considering the reviews it has and the experience I've had, I will not contact nouhabitat again.

Negative experience: They push 'the sale' on you and then if there are problems, it's as if they don't remember you. Good treatment when they're trying to sell and when they succeed, and problems arise, the treatment changes exponentially, almost to the point of insult. The people who rate them highly are because they have money or businesses or are friends. Don't trust them if you're going to buy. Check every corner, windows, doors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. They camouflage everything so that it isn't seen and then the problems come. I will keep posting until they solve the problems they hid from me. They said it was refurbished and all they did was hide the damages, for example. If there are cracks in the wall, they hide them with textured paint, and until you are living there and slamming a door, they don't show up; that's why there's urgency in sales. By the way, it's not only this real estate agency that does this; they all do it and sell it to you as a bargain, and then expenses come. Check everything carefully if you think it's a bargain. Today I was told that the doorbell wasn't working. When I opened the box, it turned out it was burnt. I don't know how it miraculously set all the wires on fire. Seriously, the building could have caught fire. We'll see what they say when I go to see them.

Negative experience: Me recomendaron esta inmobiliaria y la verdad que me decepcionó mucho , atención pésima, nos atendió Francisca y no estaba nada involucrada en buscarnos un piso de alquiler y los poco que nos enseñó , nos lo inmuebles que nos enseñó ,con muy pocas ganas.

Negative experience: Pocas ganas de trabajar fui buscando alquileres dos veces y no me llamaron para nada y cuando fui a vender el chalet me trataron aun peor sin ganas y con malos modales me fui igual que entre no lo rocomiendo para nada

Nos trataron peor que nunca. No nos ofreció ninguna solución y nos hicieron perder tiempo y gasolina. Pésima atención.
