Negative experience: Deceivers, in response to what you said, it's a lie that you put squatters in the rental apartments, right? Just like it's a lie that you did the same thing in the previous apartment where this person lived, which you said they had to leave because you wanted to sell it, hahaha I laugh in your face LIAR, it was for the same reason because they spent more than a year living there without paying a dime, and it’s also a lie that you left the previous property owner in ruins, right? What happens, does everyone lie and you tell the truth? If they've been doing the same thing their whole life living in rental properties, the last three apartments they lived in they were kicked out for the same reason and you know it perfectly, you were only interested in getting them into the apartment, collecting money, and washing your hands while the owners dealt with the mess. AND THIS IS A TRUTH AS BIG AS A TEMPLE.

Negative experience: Some shameless and useless individuals for not doing their job properly, only for their own interest and the interests of the squatters. They surely don't respond afterward; if you want to have problems, make contracts with them, and they will wash their hands once they have the money.

Negative experience: September 3rd, 2024. A date I will never forget. For the last 6 months, we have lived one of the worst nightmares of our lives. We have been victims of a scam. In March, I rented a property through a well-known company that specializes in these types of transactions in 'Montijo', which had already been working with us for 6 years. At no point, after all this time, had it crossed our minds that they were involved in such a plot... After the previous tenant left, I noticed some strange things with the owner of this company... But anyway, anyone can make a mistake... He recommended a couple to us and "managed", to put it mildly, all the procedures for the "rental". Since we don’t live there, I called my father-in-law on March 1st to give them the keys, claiming that "they were very loaded", that they were very "good payers". My father-in-law, a bit hesitant, asked if everything was already settled. The mentioned gentleman from the company assured him that it was, that only a signature was missing and that they would come this afternoon to finalize everything... So he handed over the keys. After almost a month, seeing that the gentleman from the company was not contacting us, we called to see what had happened with the deposit and the first month's rent. And what was our surprise when he told us that he knew nothing. We waited another month because he said we had to wait to be able to claim the rental insurance, but it turns out that such insurance did not exist... Because the gentlemen he had put in my house had not signed it. With time, I learned that it was typical for these individuals to pull such scams with rental properties. And that the gentleman from the well-known company in 'Montijo' was aware of the whole story. When we went to talk to this gentleman, he told us that it was all my father-in-law's fault for giving them the keys, and that he was just a mediator. In summary, and to not get too carried away, I had these two scoundrels in my house for 6 endless months. He has a steady job at a well-known business at the entrance of Montijo, in front of the public. So if you usually drive around there and fill up, you have probably seen his face at least once. She is another story I don’t even want to talk about, and not because of her, but out of pity for those around her... This is how this company manages other people's property. All I want is for no one else to go through the nightmare that I have because of these people. Because apart from recovering my house in poor condition, I had to take out another loan to get them out of there. And this gentleman has washed his hands of the matter. And to you, Mr. Juan, I just want to say that life and time place everyone in their rightful place.

Fantastic experience: Hace tres meses me topé con esta inmobiliaria,y la verdad ,si tuviera que volver a buscar una vivienda,volvería a ir al mismo sitio ,sin dudarlo .Por el trato al cliente ,le doy un diez ,y en cuanto a la operación ,no tuve que preocuparme de nada porque ellos se encargan de todo,desde el minuto uno para que no falte ni el más mínimo detalle .Mil gracias tanto a Juanma Serrano como a Blas Vega por ayudarnos en la compra de nuestra vivienda

Fantastic experience: Mi agradecimiento a Juan, un gran profesional de Inmobiliaria Montijo, que nos ayudó durante todo el proceso de venta de la casa que heredamos de nuestro padre en Torremayor (Badajoz). Ha sido un proceso complejo, pero a pesar de la distancia (tanto yo como mis hermanos residimos en Tenerife) nos hemos sentido acompañados por el trato humano y profesional que nos han dado, haciendo inclusive innecesario tenernos que trasladar para concluir la operación. Hemos quedado tan gratamente sorprendidos con el trato y profesionalidad recibida que me parece de justicia recomendarlo para todo aquel que tenga necesidad de servicios inmobiliarios por Montijo y sus alrededores. Positive experience: Mucha variedad de propiedades.

Negative experience: Alquilé un piso con esta inmobiliaria, pagué más de 700 euros en el primer pago, pagué en efectivo ya que no aceptaban tarjeta, nadie me dio recibo de nada, sin saber a qué correspondía la cantidad total. Mi alquiler terminó a principios de abril, todavía sigo esperando que me den el importe de las facturas y me devuelvan la fianza que me corresponde, llamo y no me contestan, escribo un mensaje de WhatsApp y tampoco responden. Me parece una vergüenza que se paguen los servicios de una inmobiliaria y no den datos de los gastos, ni facturas y tampoco atiendan mensajes o llamadas cuando no les conviene. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
