Negative experience: Very bad customer service. They don't communicate things among themselves and they say they will call but in the end, nothing. I do not recommend it to anyone. They deduct the security deposit for any trivial thing like a speck of dust. They open the washing machine drawer, move pictures 15° to align them, beds have to be ironed to avoid any wrinkles, and they take advantage of this loophole to make the tenant pay for the pseudo-cleaning to benefit their trusted friend. The house was full of garbage, and there was an ecosystem of dust under the kitchen furniture. They return the deposit 30 days later because supposedly we hadn't paid for the electricity, but they don't verify it as that wasn't the case. Moreover, they prohibit you from changing the ownership of the electricity, gas, and water so that later the owner can refund you. A situation that is completely unexplainable as you have no legal obligation.

Negative experience: It’s a great pity that Marra is gone... a girl who paid a lot of attention to the people looking for rental apartments... helped in everything without a doubt... patient and very pleasant... advising you on the best... and obviously the boss Carmen... good agency but with Noelia it’s not attentive at all... she shows you apartments in 5 minutes... and raises a lot of objections about everything... she’s only interested in sales... what a pity!!! She pays very little attention to the tenant... it feels like when looking for an apartment we’re insignificant... the treatment is not the same!!! She doesn’t care about the tenant at all. She only looks out for the owners' interests... she didn’t want me to rent some apartments I saw... and rented me one that I am totally disappointed with... I’ve never experienced anything like that... I wanted to rectify after making a reservation because I was not satisfied and she didn’t want to arrange to return the payment... she wanted to solve it quickly her way without taking into account the costs of a move... now I have to wait a few months to find another apartment.... I hope Marra can come back!! An amazing person and undoubtedly better service.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this to anyone, this real estate agency is terrible, they don't know how to communicate either among themselves or with the clients, they do things however they please, I will never contact this shabby real estate agency again.
