We booked it online without seeing it and were given a video tour before we came over to view it in person. It exceeded our expectations as did the friendly and professional service offered by Sam, after showing us our new home Sam took us to the Solicitors and then the Notary, the whole process was seamless and efficient, after the paperwork was all sorted we got a guided tour of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't recommend Mercers highly enough. They took the stress away from the process completely. We can't wait to move into our little bit of paradise in the sun. Negative experience: Hmm, not sure where to start with these Cowboys . I put an offer on a property through a reputable website based in Spain and was promptly replied to by one of their male agents (let's call him Logan Doe, for arguments sake) and after a brief summary and conversation I thought I was on my way to a new life in the sun . But this was not the case . I had to contact him again after 9 or 10 days as I was a bit anxious whether or not my offer was accepted . I was informed he was out of the office and he would ring me when he returned that day . He didn't !! In fact I never heard from him again. So following up my interest on the same property I was again contacted by Mercers again for arguments sake we'll call her Sam Doe and again told her my plans ie the offer of the property with Reference number and my travel dates to view the area etc. Guess what ! Nothing again . Communication at this point ceased . A hugely disappointing experience .

Negative experience: Well we have not even met them yet and already Sam rang to admit lost my email & name ! Said would text me details of hotels to stay in may gave her dates . Not heard for over a week . Email office to be told she's been on holiday ! She then sends text saying lost my name and hoped I would chase her ! Not at all what I would expect before even going ! So no info at all and I'm not chasing! Surprised they survived the recession as thats why I moved back to UK from Spain & looking for a property to buy again !

Dès notre arrivée, le dossier concernant les visites était prêt et correspondait à nos critères déterminés par quelques conversations téléphoniques en amont. Une fois sur place, visitez, laissez-vous guider et... choisissez! Cerise sur le gâteau, les frais sont à charge du vendeur. Nothing was too much trouble for the Mercer’s team from our initial viewing to taking us to the solicitors to even coming with us to the bank to introduce us to ensure we had good service. The whole process was very simple thanks to Lynsey. It was like having a member of the family with us when we were viewing houses, she wasn’t pushy or trying to sell anything just there to give us information when needed. Any questions we have had since buying our home she is still there at the end of the phone. Mercer’s can organise cleaners for you if you need them. They can give advise on where to go for insurance amongst all other things that you need when buying a home in Spain. They are not just estate agents they are a support network on Camposol

I had no idea on Spanish property purchases or the process it involved Iwe saw a few properties on camposol and arranged for Logan from Mercers to meet us there. After he found us a place to stay for the length of our stay he also showed us round and put our mind at ease with his personal touch . We came away from our purchase feeling happy and completely satisfied. Negative experience: horrible, j'ai demandé des informations sur une maison.Impossible d'obtenir tous les détails. on achète une maison pas un pain au chocolat!. j'en ai parlé avec Lindsay et elle refuse de me les envoyer comment acheter un bien immobilier dans ces conditions c'est surprenant de la part d'une agence immobilière Pour venir à l'agence immobilière ça me coûte 2000 € en frais de voyage.Je ne vais pas me déplacer si tous les documents ne sont pas en règle. Il faut savoir que la dette du propriétaire suit la maison.Ce qui veut dire que si l'agent immobilier n'a pas vérifié, c'est vous qui devez payer la dette. A prendre très au sérieux.
