This is a real estate agency for buying and selling properties and vacation rentals operating in Begur and Calella de Palafrugell. We rented an apartment online and the communication with the agency was through email until we picked up the key to the apartment at their office at the specified check-in time. They informed us correctly and provided us with a contact phone number for any type of incidents. When we saw the apartment, we verified that everything matched what was indicated by Cala MARQUESA.

Negative experience: Beyond the treatment received throughout the entire rental process, which has in no case seemed attentive, cordial, or friendly to me, it rather seems like you 'bother' them when you raise any doubts or questions (and there have been very few), the surprise came when I was forced to cancel due to some dramatic personal circumstances and their response was that they would not refund me a single euro because my notice was out of time according to the booking conditions. 'Yes, gentlemen, indeed my son did not inform me that he was going to have an accident.' Honestly, it seemed to me a lack of sensitivity, humanity, and empathy that I cannot understand, prioritizing economic interest above all things, without any scruples, and claiming 'that they have done their job.'

Positive experience: Endroit plutôt propre avec des prix un peu cher, même si l'endroit en vaut le coup. L'endroit où je loge a une belle piscine (photo) mais c'est un peu vieux et les lumières c'est une catastrophe, les couverts pleins de calcaire ce qui nous dégouté un peu et en fait tous les équipements sont un peu obsolètes. Et les 2 étoiles qui sont enlevés, c'est a cause d'une chose (et un peu de l'appartement vieillot) c'est que pour avoir le wifi c'est 10e la journée et il faut prendre ça a l'avance sinon on doit attendre 4 jours pour l'avoir. Ça c'est juste très nul, car le wifi doit être partout maintenant.

We had to clean the house to live there. When we left we cleaned, washed dishes, cleaned the floor. There was no trash container nearby and we had no where to get them. No one told us where we got the rubbish and that the cleaning team did NOT SUPPLY - what is it for what she is and for what I paid for? If for someone who is professionally cleaning the problem is to pick up rubbish and want 34 euros instead - not 28 Euro as you wrote now - you still wanted to earn us a few Euros. The office is a contractor who did not pick up the keys personally, did not see the house only after our departure demanded money. You may need to hire a less lazy team or not rent a house if you can not take care of the customer. I never had a situation like this in Spain. I decided not to write a negative comment to you to not harm you but if you are so not cultured and you slander me then I will also write a TRUTH about you. I do not understand how the office can slander its customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE - DO NOT LEAVE THIS RESIDENCE.

Vamos a pasar una semana con mis amigas a begur i gracias a immo cala marquesa podremos disfrutar los pocos dias de vacaciones que nos quedan. Ademas nos han recomendado los mejores lugares de interes de la zona como bares de copas, restaurantes y discotecas para salir a divertirnos y llevarnos un buen recuerdo de la costa brava. El año que viene alquilaremos una casa con piscina seguramente. Recomendada 100%

Fantastic experience: Hemos pasado dos semanas en un apartamento de la costa brava en llafranc que alquilamos a immmo cala marquesa. Con ellos todo fue muy fácil, tanto la entrada como la salida. Cualquier duda que tuvimos o incidente durante la estancia fueron muy atentos y proactivos a la hora de poner solucion a nuestras inquietudes. Si el año que viene volvemos a la costa brava hablaremos con xavier de immo cala marquesa. Repetiremos sin duda. Buena calidad -precio y atencion al cliente inmejorable.

Negative experience: Agence Cala Marquesa de BEGUR, Apt19 Résidence Bégur Nova.Plage de Sa Riera.Appartement très bien situé. Toutefois aucune possibilité de visionner la TV, problème récurent signalé plusieurs fois sur divers site. Problème de volets roulants.Literie canapé et lit très moyen, mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'est LE VOL DE LA CAUTION de 193E sur les 200 pour un remplacement de serrure.ATTENTION NE PAS LAISSER DE CLES A L'INTERIEUR SUR LA PORTE CAR IMPOSSIBLE D'OUVRIR DE L'EXTERIEUR. Bilan location à 565e dont 55e de ménage plus 193e de serrurier.Fin de vacances gâchées malgré la beauté des différents sites aux alentours. Malgré un accueil souriant, l'arnaque à la serrure semble bien rodée.

Positive experience: Gracias a esta inmobiliaria pude tener un asesoramiento adecuado sobre cómo vender el piso en herencia que mi abuela dejó en manos mías y de mis 4 hermanos. Han sido momentos de tensión y dificiles antes de vender el piso. Pero finalmente, gracias a Xavier y su equipo pudimos resolver esta situación de la mejor forma posible. Dividiendo los beneficios de dicha heréncia por partes iguales y sin ningún conflicto familiar de por medio. Tanto los proveedores de inmo ca la marquesa como sus propios trabajadores han sido muy profesionales y atentos a todas nuestras inquietudes durante todo el proceso. Además el asesoramiento júridico y legal de todos los aspecto de compra y venta de inmubles ha sido muy resolutivo y consiguieron superar nuestras expectativas. Si tuviera que recomendar esta inmobiliaria, sin duda lo haría.
