Fantastic experience: A very good experience in the purchase. From the management of it, advice, adaptation, and ease of scheduling. I speak from the experience of acquiring several properties with Teresa; she has always been attentive to the follow-up of the transactions and informing me of each step to take from the first information, visit, buying-selling, management follow-up with the bank... and even subsequent advice on procedures that she didn't have to get involved in. Negative experience: Very bad experience... I paid 2000€ just to go 20 times to collect documents that the real estate agency requested from me... and in the end, after 4 months, they tell me that the financial advisor did something shady when applying for the mortgage loan and that the purchase is canceled, but that the money is not refundable... In a meeting, they told me they would give me a discount for the damages caused and made me sign a paper that three days later they tell me states that they are no longer obligated to proceed with the sale of the house, but that the money is not refundable... There were many calls and bad manners that as their client should not have been the case... I had paid them to sell the house and nothing more... I don't understand why Teresa treated me so poorly... And why the financial advisor calls me to explain why the buyers' loan isn't coming through when that wasn't my issue, but the buyers'... in short... everything was very bad... a lot of anxiety and waiting for nothing... but yes, 2000€ that I paid for all this.... or as Teresa says for advertising the house and for the paper used... a bit expensive... but I learned something... not to trust the first one that comes along...

Fantastic experience: Leave a VERY positive note, because Teresa treated me very well! My situation was a bit urgent and Teresa returned the call (after contact through the platform) on a holiday (Saturday 1/6) and due to my circumstances, she offered to show me the house the next day, Epiphany Sunday!!!! I would like to thank her for all the effort and interest (which she put in a lot) and, even though I have not progressed with the operation of the house she showed me, I believe it is right to praise her behavior and attitude. Fantastic experience: Good morning, I am Juan Ramón, the completely independent financial advisor who provided service regarding the negative one-star review from a few days ago. First of all, the first thing that can be said and that I want to say is that Inmo-ILE as a real estate agency can best be defined as PROFESSIONALISM. They have never had a bad response, reply, or call with any client and I have been working with Teresa for a long time. The change in payment of the agency fees is due to the fact that these fees must be paid days before the signing of the sale in front of a notary, something that you as the selling party did not want to pay as agreed under the engagement letter with the agency. Finally, changes were made on the last day before the signing and even in front of the notary, resulting in losing the paperwork and shouting in the middle of the notary's office with the notary present. I would not like to elaborate further, just to defend my colleague TERESA for her excellent and impeccable work that she is doing with her business. Congratulations Teresa, keep it up and you will have many successes!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, Teresa the owner is involved in everything and is very transparent. She has moved me more in two weeks than other real estate agencies have in a year. She finds solutions to everything that arises, is hardworking, and everything is very quick and efficient. There was even a problem with some individuals who wanted to rent with an option to buy; they made a deposit after viewing the house to reserve it until the signing, but a week later they changed their minds and said they no longer wanted the house just days before signing the contract, demanding in a bad manner and through threats the deposit they gave. Teresa ELEGANTLY RESOLVED THE SITUATION, as anyone knows that reserving means stopping the ad and incurring management costs, time, and paperwork. In the case that I had refused to sign as the seller, I would have had to pay them double the deposit, and if they did not sign, they would lose their deposit, as happened. Luckily my house is rented and thanks to Teresa's management and her team in a week after the incident, record time. A thousand thanks without a doubt, when I buy it will be with you.

Negative experience: Experiencia horrible, me estafó con la reserva ( PARA FUTUROS CLIENTES , EN POCAS INMOBILIARIAS TE DICEN QUE DES PRIMERO LA RESERVA ) poco profesional, te mete la casa por los ojos y te da muy poco tiempo para pensar las cosas. Pero vamos me ha servido de mucho, una y nos más.

Negative experience: Me parece totalmente inaceptable que un agente inmobiliario no deja hablar, grita, interrumpe y se va de la notaría antes de la firma. Al principio dice que ayuda al comprador conseguir un préstamo( por supuesto eso se paga aparte , lógicamente) y gestiona la venta hasta su final y luego dice que no es su trabajo hablar con la financiera ( tampoco nos dió contactos de los compradores o financiero para poder gestionarlo nosotros mismos ) y que cobra muy poco por el trabajo que hace ( que no es verdad,por cierto ). Una semana antes de la firma cambió las condiciones del pago de los honorarios y nos amenazó que para la firma si no los pagamos antes de la firma, también aumentó el importe de los mismos y nos cobró más del importe acordado! Teresa no se quedó en la firma con la excusa de tener otros asuntos ( algo inaceptable). A los compradores no les translado la información completa relacionada con la casa y luego tuvimos sorpresas muy desagradable. Resulta que decía una cosa a los compradores y otra a nosotros. Si durante el proceso de compra-venta queréis vivir a base de tranquilizantes y escuchar los gritos de vuestro agente inmobiliario,esta agencia es muy adecuada.

Negative experience: No quisimos alquilar un chalet de por lo insistente y pesada que fue Teresa, quería que firmaramos y diesemos la señal a los 30 min de la visita , horrible , la casa nos gustaba pero por ella decidimos no hacerlo, nos vimos muy agobiados ....NO la recomiendo.
