Negative experience: We bought at Mirador de Villalbilla on Degaña street. The first thing we asked was, 'Is the soundproofing going to be good?' It's normal to hear something, especially if it's semi-detached, but to understand the neighbor's conversation word for word is not normal. Jonay, the salesperson, GUARANTEED us that the house would have the best insulation and showed us a bunch of materials that theoretically are between houses (a big lie because that only applies to external walls), and he knocked on the wall adjoining the neighbor, assuring us that we would have privacy from all neighbors. LIE. You can hear the smallest details of the neighbors' conversations. There is nothing more than a small and thin partition between each house. We hear snoring, trips to the bathroom, and those of us with children wake up families from one another. The solution to the noise? 'Putting paintings all over the stairs,' they claim that this will solve the problem. In light of this, we complained to the salesperson Jonay and only got a bad joke and zero solutions. We better directed ourselves to Aroa, the only one who has seemed attentive, efficient, and without laughs in our face so far. But of course, she doesn't have much power. We talked about thermal insulation 'energy efficiency A?' In summer, the rooms were at 35 degrees at night because the attic is not insulated, and now that autumn is starting, cold air comes through the vents in the windows, which are supposedly to prevent condensation. The rooms, kitchen, and living room have posts in between that don't even allow placing a double bed against the wall or a sofa longer than 190 cm, ruining any furniture arrangement in the rooms.

Negative experience: I will start with the good, only Aroa and Jonay, the salespeople, are worth saving. Everything else is terrible; they give you the house in Villalbilla and it's full of defects that not even a 3-year-old would have. There's a broken brick, and instead of replacing it, they just put some silicone of the same color and hope you don't notice. Logistically a disaster, the site manager Eusebio is arrogant, the 'architect' places a column right where the headboard of the double bed goes, and the dirty water gutters are not hidden; you can see them in the basement!!! One of the sales CEOs, Pedro, is a liar, and some of the bricklayers don't even know how to stick a stamp with saliva, etc. A complete disaster, they don't even respect each other; when the Sales Director says something, the site manager does the opposite, and the bricklayers do the opposite as well; it's madness, the whole El Mirador de Villalbilla promotion.

Positive experience: Insufficient sound insulation. Everything else is very good.

Negative experience: A very unpleasant experience. CALLE DEGAÑA VILLALBILLA. After having signed the deposit in June 2023 and being about to sign the start of construction, in February 2024 they started telling us that what we had asked when signing the deposit (to remove a wall in the kitchen) was not possible, and that we couldn't pave the entrance either, because now the plot has to be delivered sloping, supposedly due to a requirement from the town hall. We met with the owner trying to explain that it is not the same to buy a flat plot than a sloping one, and my partner, who is a civil engineer, proposed solutions to keep the plot flat. They threw us out of the office saying that’s how it is, and that’s it, that we are out, that now they can sell that house for 30,000 euros more and that they will refund the deposit doubled but they don’t want clients like us (we suppose they don’t want to answer questions). We contacted the architect of Villalbilla, and they indicated that there is no such requirement. We sent it to them in writing and tried to talk to them, refusing any mediation. Draw your own conclusions, but for us, it has been very unpleasant, a pity because at the beginning they sold us transparency and it was only words. If anyone needs to see the requirements of the phase, we have no problem showing the written document from the technical architect of the town hall.

Fantastic experience: Very serious company when it comes to renting or selling a property. It is worth highlighting the work and personal attention provided by Arona and Jonay. Always kind and, above all, effectively and quickly resolving the doubts and problems that arise when you have a new property. Excellent qualities and, above all, good construction.

Fantastic experience: They dedicated almost two hours to us, explaining in great detail numbers, qualities, with a lot of experience and clear accounts. A professional and human treatment that is appreciated in these times.
